Beach front, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Brand new home in 2016, beautiful finishes throughout. Direct access to the beach with a private staircase. Second floor balconies facing both the ocean and the marsh. Master bedroom suite with double sinks and walk in closet, 2 additional bedrooms with closets, and a den with a pull-out daybed. Grill in the large yard for you to use.

Sheets and towels are provided and is included in the rental price.

The rental fee includes a regular cleaning service, however there will be an additional cleaning charge if excessive cleaning is required.

We had a great time at Goose Rocks Beach! The place was clean and modern and had every dish and pot and pan you could imagine. We loved that all of the bedrooms were on the first floor and that the large living space was upstairs with the views of the ocean.We had a little snafu with the lockbox during check-in but the owner was very responsive and we resolved it quickly. We also would have liked more than one wash cloth and towel per person for our four day stay but we were glad towels and linens were provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year! Would highly recommend.

The property was perfect for our family. Everything is as described and very clean and comfortable. The quality of every furnishing, from the mattresses to the mugs was exceptional. These small touches made our vacation truly feel relaxing yet luxurious. The beach views are amazing. We spent every day on the beach and at times felt like we had it all to ourselves. Love the house! Very clean! Plenty of kitchenwares! Nice yard for kids to play and of course the beach is right there! Delightful beach house

We loved everything about this place. Perfect size for our family of five. Having the living space and kitchen on the second floor allowed us to enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean. Kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely return here.

Unforgettable Trip

We booked this for my parents' 50th anniversary. They stayed a week and absolutely loved it. They said they don't remember smiling and laughing as much as they did in a long time. Communication was great throughout. The view and beach were better than the pictures. Thank you for everything!

We had a great stay and the house was incredibly clean! The views of the ocean were beautiful and the access to the beach was convenient. Perfect New England beach getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was clean and well stocked, the location was amazing with a little general store a few doors down, beach access so easy, host extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, and just an overall lovely stay. We were sad to leave and wish we had another couple days at this house. Highly recommend and hoping to come back!

Perfect Getaway Spot

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway. The view from the back deck is amazing! Taking a walk on the beach that late in October was an added bonus. The house is gorgeous, and spotless. The view from the living room window is amazing. The hosts were very helpful as well. Definitely worth a stay!
