Come and experience beach living at its best! “Ocean 180” has a top-notch location, the end townhome, directly on the beach in beautiful Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms with a 180-degree oceanfront view. Rebuilt and remodeled in 2021, this immaculate townhome features top-quality workmanship and materials and has been detailed to perfection. Guests at “Ocean 180” will enjoy oceanfront views from nearly every room with the sound of breaking waves as a backdrop. “Ocean 180” is one of the closet homes to the ocean on the island.
Guests are welcomed with rich dark hardwood floors that are contrasted against classic white shiplap and trim. The charming living area features comfortable furnishings, a 65-inch smart television and oceanfront views. “Ocean 180” features a gourmet kitchen with a Thor gas stove, Thor range, Thor dishwasher, Bosch refrigerator, pot filler above the stove top and built in kitchen water purifier. Adjacent to the living area and gourmet kitchen is the dining area with seating for six with an additional seating for four at the kitchen island.
The Oceanfront Suite is located on the upper level. It features a custom-made Dilworth king mattress, private oceanfront deck, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and large walk-in shower. Bedroom two is on the upper level. It features a Dilworth queen mattress with a twin trundle and en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and bath-shower combination. Bedroom three is on the main floor and features a Dilworth king mattress and an en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and bath-shower combination.

Ideally located, this beach house on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (8 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (17 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens.
Things to note:
Wild Dunes does not have a central resort pool for all visitors. Most neighborhoods and villa communities have their own private pool for guests staying in that specific area. Please note that the pools at the Hyatt Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and the Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved exclusively for Hyatt hotel guests and are not available to vacation rental guests.
