This townhome built in 2023 has 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests (2 kings, 1 queen, and 1 full bed) as well as 2 full baths and 1 half bath. We are a smoke-free and pet-free home to ensure an allergy-friendly environment for our guests. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood but not far from all the activities Carolina Beach and Kure Beach have to offer. The main floor consists of an expansive living room with a sofa, love seat, and two rattan chairs. The living room also includes a table and chairs to play games, work on puzzles, or have a dedicated workspace. Some games and puzzles are provided to help spend quality time with family and friends. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances that consists of all the necessary cooking and entertaining essentials. Next to the kitchen is a dining area that comfortable seats 8 and a large pantry with plenty of storage. There is a pass-through kitchen window to the covered porch with a bar top. The balcony is a great place to savor your morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the ocean breeze.
The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and the laundry (washer and dryer). The master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom. The two additional bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The ground floor patio has an outdoor storage closet, picnic table, two chair hammocks, a bench swing, and an outdoor shower to unwind after a long day at the beach. Parking is available in the driveway easily fitting four cars.
All linens, bath towels, bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper), kitchen essentials and some beach essentials (beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, heavy-duty shovel, and bodyboards) will be provided. There is a combo drip/pod coffee machine in the kitchen that comes with complimentary K-cups and tea bags to get your vacation started.
Stay connected with high-speed mesh Wi-Fi. Password and access provided at check-in. The living room and all 3 bedrooms include a smart Roku TV allowing access to live TV options and streaming apps using your own personal log-in to start right where you left off at home. Netflix is provided on all TVs.
Finally, a gas grill is available to guests but we are unable to guarantee there will be gas in the tank. You can exchange the tank at the nearby Walgreens or Food Lion.
Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire townhouse except for the owner's closet in bedroom 1.
Other things to note:
For clarity, the check out instructions sent to all guests are as follows:
1) Load dirty dishes and start dishwasher
2) Place dirty towels in the shower or bathtub
3) Set both thermostats to the âCoolâ AC setting at 76 degrees in the warm months or âHeatâ at 68 degrees in the cool months
4) Rinse off and return all beach accessories and the two hammocks to the outdoor storage closet
5) Place all garbage and recycling in the bins outside. Please roll bins to the end of the driveway
6) Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure you havenât forgotten anything before locking the front door and outdoor storage closet
