The Space:
Located in Chertsey in Lanaudiere, the large wooded area offers many activities nearby: hiking/snowshoeing directly on the property, SPA, outdoor fireplace. The chalet is 20 min from Montcalm ski resort, 45 min from Mont Garceau, 30 min from Spa la Source or Rawdon Falls.

Our chalet has 4 bedrooms, one with 2 children's beds, two on the first floor and two upstairs. The master bedroom has access to a private balcony overlooking the lake. 8 adults and 2 children can sleep comfortably.

A cot is also available.

There are two bathrooms, one on the first floor with bath/shower and one on the first floor with bath and large shower. The communal lounge/kitchen area was renovated in early 2020 and for your comfort we continue to make ongoing improvements.

The basement games room is equipped with a pool table and several board games and books.

BBQ and outdoor fireplace and kayaks available in summer.
Snowshoes and toboggans available in winter.

The great advantage of our family cottage is its incredible private grounds with forest trails. Peace and quiet guaranteed.

The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen. Open-plan living room with wood-burning fireplace. There are two queen-size bedrooms and a full bathroom.

In the basement, there's a play area with pool table and board games.

Guest Access:
You have access to the large lot and hiking trails. You have access to the lake (non swimmable) and kayaks.

You have access to the spa.

Getting Around:
A car is essential for getting around, no public transport available

Other Things to Note:
Rules for spa use.

- It is strictly forbidden to smoke, drink or eat in the spa.
- Please rinse your body of cream, oil, sand and other dirt before entering the water.

- If you have long hair, please tie it back.
- Please notify us if the water level is low.

- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- The spa cover must be properly replaced after each use of the spa. The float must be put back in the water every time you leave the spa.

- At the end of each spa day, you must add the contents of a small jar and start the jets. We count the jars used.

**It is important to respect these rules, as doing so may result in irreparable damage to the spa and may require a service call at considerable cost.

Failure to comply will result in a minimum charge of $300, which will be deducted from your security deposit.
