While the property provides all you need, the town of Ericeira and the beaches are just a short 5-10 minute stroll away.

This spacious 175m² apartment, complemented by a 140m² terrace, comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (plus 2 travel cribs upon request).

- Bedroom 1: The Master Bedroom
Offers a 1.80m bed, three wardrobes, breathtaking ocean views from your bed, A/C, and a private bathroom.

- Bedroom 2: The Ensuite
Offers a 1.80m bed, captivating ocean views, two wardrobes, A/C, and a private bathroom.

- Bedroom 3: Double Room
Offers a 1.60m bed, a private balcony with ocean views, one wardrobe, and A/C. Just next to this room there is a shared bathroom.

- The Living Room
The main living area is exceptionally spacious and boasts a large, inviting sofa in front of the fireplace and TV. Next to the windows, you'll find a dining table for savoring the magnificent views. Additionally, a dedicated corner with an office for those who need to stay connected to work during their stay.

- The Playroom
Located next to the kitchen, this space is designed for everyone to enjoy the views while having a blast with family or friends. It offers foosball, dartboard, a climbing wall (with a maximum weight limit of 40kg), and various other games and books for children. This room also includes a sofa bed, accommodating 2 additional guests.

- The Kitchen
Fully equipped with appliances such as a fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, and washing machine.

- Kitchen Terrace
Situated right next to the kitchen, provides another dining table, allowing the guest to relish the stunning ocean view while dining.

- The Main Terrace
Everyone’s favorite for any time of the day. From here you can check 18 different surf spots in Ericeira. Enjoy a morning coffee, a leisurely lunch, or a delightful dinner while savoring the sun as it sets into the ocean.

- For children:
For our youngest guests, we offer high chairs and cribs free of charge (please request in advance). Additionally, there are a variety of toys available, including books, games, and beach toys, which you are welcome to use during your stay.


We like to give our guests as much space as possible to not interrupt their well deserved holiday.
