The space
Beautifully furnished 3-bd 2 bath home located in a private country setting on the Auburn Wine trail. Large bedroom downstairs with a King bed, Large bedroom upstairs with a King bed, and large bedroom upstairs with a Queen-sized Murphy bed. This room has a dedicated office space with a desk and printer. Comfortable Beautyrest mattresses in all 3 bedrooms. Very large game room with a huge bar, pool table, and electronic dart board for hours of fun and entertainment. The game room can be closed off with French doors for an extra room with a queen-size sofa bed. All stainless-steel appliances and laundry room with a washer and dryer. Includes a coffee bar with a regular coffee pot, Keurig, and a French Press. Patio area with a table with 6 chairs, two comfy sitting chairs, and a gas BBQ. Very peaceful location with beautiful sunset views.

This home is on 6 acres. The pastures are surrounded by white vinyl fencing. This type of fencing will not keep dogs contained. There is a fenced area if you would like a place to keep your dog contained while outdoors.
There is a Ring Doorbell near the side entry door and a Ring Camera on a tree facing the driveway.
