Gorgeous New 3-bedroom Home in El Dorado Hills
Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom El Dorado Hills retreat. The house features two queen beds and a cozy queen bunk bed, perfect for families or groups.
The house was custom built and just completed in 2024 where no expense was spared. The upper room features incredible views from every window along with a walk out balcony. The luxury kitchen features a 6 burner Bosch gas stove, oversized island with bar seating, drawer microwave, quartz countertops and more.
The house is located within walking distance of Folsom Lake, and shopping is only 5 minutes away (Safeway shopping center). The closest ski resorts in South Lake Tahoe are less than a 1.5 hour drive.
The full bathrooms feature all tile showers with both rain heads and wands, and are connected to a tankless water heater for endless hot water. The master bathroom also includes a soaking tub.
The home also features a 65in Samsung QLED TV in the upper room that has free Netflix, and there's also another wall mounted TV in the master bedroom. Speakers are included in the ceilings in the living and dining room that you can bluetooth into and play the music of your choice.
You'll love the natural setting of the house combined with the nearby access to towns and shopping.
