A private mooring at community beach/dock available for speed boat or pontoon up to 26’. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage has plenty of room for family, friends, in-laws, & grandkids! Quick walk to the beach or boating area, boat, kayak, paddle, or swim on Belgrade Lakes’ pristine Long Pond. Winters are full of ice fishing, skiing & snowmobiles. Hop over to the quant village of Belgrade Lakes by boat or car for groceries, dinner, bookshop, coffee, live music, pie or farmer market! Belgrade Lakes Golf Club just around the corner. Hikes for miles, golfing, fishing, biking, swimming and boating are at your doorstep or minutes away!

The cottage was beautiful. Everything inside was new or in new condition. The host was also excellent. During our stay we conversed like we were old friends. Cottage was surprisingly well stocked. I would literally want to stay there again.

Property is quiet, well laid out, and comfortable. Host is instantaneous with any concerns and/or recommendations. Lake can be seen from the property, and the beach is a short walk. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time kayaking on the lake and enjoying the beach. The house had plenty of room to get together with family for dinners. The house is well equipped and very comfortable.

Wonderful visit

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful home near the lake with easy access to a fun beach area and boat ramp. Visited with 5 adults and 1 infant and we had more than enough space for everyone to fit comfortably. Highly recommend!

Property served our needs for being close to family and had enough space. Had some issues with front door lock that we were able to mostly resolve ourselves and the host responded right away with suggestions when we contacted her. Stairs were a little steep for older individuals and young children. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

A Great Spot!

We had a wonderful stay at Mala's home. The space is large and very functional despite being in the process of updating...which is great news for future stays. We were pleasantly surprised with welcome bags and all the comforts of home. The AC units were very welcome on hot days as was the short walk to the community beach.

Winter Vacation

We headed up north to ring in the new year with friends who live in the area. We had an excellent stay. Enough space for all of the kids to visit and play and the adults to catch up! Lots of games and toys kept everyone busy and happy. Only negative is we didn’t get any snow…I love snow !! . Would definitely stay again. Owner just a text away for any questions/concerns very responsive.

Winter Wonderland

Beautiful location all year round. Cozy and roomy home with a view of the lake. We had everything we needed and Mala checked in with us and was very willing to offer help if needed. We were there with our grown children from out of state for the Christmas holiday. It was perfect. Christmas Eve snow for the Hallmark ending

Comfortable and cozy

My sister, brother and son stayed for 4 nights and we all were very happy . From the gift bags at the front door to the well stocked kitchen and bathroom, it showed that Mala really cared about her renters. When I had a question, she answered me immediately. It was a very pleasant stay and l would definately use this place again.pleasant stay ions.

Quiet in the woods

well situated in this dog friendly community; an easy walk to the beach. everything is there: kayaks, bikes, life jackets, floats for tubing. the 4 bedrooms are spacious. New appliances. Host is charming and ever ready to make the visit as best as possible. nice deck and outdoor dinner table.

Rome camp

The place was clean but had a musty odor when we first got there. I use a walker so I was a little disappointed to see I had stairs to get in, to go from one room to another & to go out back. It was well stocked, we found everything we needed except pot holders & laundry detergent. Overall it was a good week.

Lakeside cozy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautiful location and full amenities. The house was spotless. The beds were comfortable and linens drop drawer. Mala was easy to communicate with. Suggested more trash barrels. Only surprise was inability to flush any paper due to septic system. We survived our American hesitations. I’ve traveled in Africa and Russia where this was the norm. Great rental.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property for 2 weeks. Everything we needed was available at the house: utensils, basic kitchen supplies, coffee maker, grill, toys, books, kayaks, beach chairs - you name it. Internet was sufficient for both me and my husband to work for 2 weeks, but sometimes video calls were a challenge (I think that’s a general issue in the Belgrade/Rome area - not house specific). There was plenty of room to spread out and several desks for work, plus comfy areas for relaxation indoors and outdoors. 5 minute walk to a private community beach at the pond where kids swam and built sand castles while my husband fished using one of the kayaks. Across the pond is Day’s Store, and we kayaked across for lemonade (about 20 minutes to paddle across). 10-15 minute walk or 2 minute drive to a local trail (Roundtop). Mala the host was extremely responsive and helpful with all our questions. It takes a day to get used to not flushing TP (due to a sensitive septic system), but after the first day we got into a habit and didn’t even notice it. Anyone who thinks it’s an issue - trust me, it is not.
