This home is located in the fantastic Flecha Caida Ranch neighborhood in the Tucson foothills. This awesome north-central location gives you quick access to wherever you may want to go. High end shopping and dining is nearby as well as incredible authentic local Mexican restaurants and art galleries. The neighborhood is quiet and private and the homes are all very spaced out on large lots.

This home has plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your time in Tucson however you want. Whether reading a book in the front living room, watching tv in the family room, or enjoying morning coffee at the breakfast table. But you'll probably be spending most of your time enjoying the beautiful outdoors as you relax under the covered back patio looking across the pool and the natural desert beyond to the perfectly framed Santa Catalina mountains. There's nothing like watching the light change on the mountains as the sun sets.

Pool heating is $1000 a week with a minimum of 1 week to heat
Pool is very large and takes time to heat and hold temp and this is why it takes a week minimum
To ensure the pool is heated and ready for your arrival, we kindly ask that you send a reminder request a few days prior to check in. This will prevent any miscommunication on the pool heating.

Must communicate interest in heating at reservation so that we can schedule and prepare in a timely manner
Pet fee is $149 and will be added once pet is approved
Dog breed and size must be communicated prior to reservation for approval
NO dogs over 50 lbs
Pets need to stay off of all furniture at all times
Must pick up after dogs daily
