The location is perfect with the beach being directly across the street and not far from Surf City. The house is spacious and kitchen well stocked. Love that they allow my senior doggie to come on our trip. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back!

Wow, what an incredible vacation!

I love this house, this location, and this beach. Had a fantastic time with my family. Beach was a short walk from the house... easy access and not crowded at all. The house is beautiful, very roomy, decorated wonderfully, and so comfortable. We all had a great week here and no one wanted to leave. We'll be back. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at this house. This is a great vacation home. We really enjoy the landscape which gives you a secluded feeling. The beach access is across the street and the beach in this area (even for the week leading up to July 4th) had very few people. Only suggestions for owner is to add a garbage disposal and a fridge with a filtered water dispenser.

We enjoyed Salty Paws

The space was great for our 3 adult families having our own bathroom and the house was dog friendly. The elevator was very helpful and kitchen was stocked. I enjoyed the office area to work remotely a few dates. One issue was a non functioning microwave in the kitchen. Also the first night we experienced ants in the kitchen but Landmark sent someone out the following day and they were gone. We recommend this property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect house for our stay. Tons of room to spread out and lots of areas to spray off salty paws! The house was clean and had just about everything we needed...grill, lots of pots and pans, multiple refrigerators, games, short walk to beach, and beautiful landscaping. We had an issue with the hot water heater and the maintenance department fixed it right away. Highly recommend this house for two legged and four legged friends!
