Situated on the second row of a secluded lot in desirable Topsail Beach, you'll enjoy beautiful views and sounds of the ocean. Take your own private walkway to the community beach access just across the street to enjoy a tranquil day on the shore, or unwind on one of the private decks where there is plenty of space to gather with friends and family. This home is surrounded by beautiful trees and plants and will make you feel like you are in a resort oasis! With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this property can comfortably accommodate 13 guests. This dog-friendly home warmly welcomes up to two dogs per reservation for an additional non-refundable fee of $250 per dog.

Guests will enter through the garage on the ground level. This level consists of a screened-in porch that is perfect for relaxing in the shade, and a bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, a full bathroom, TV, and a small kitchen area with sink, microwave, and full-size refrigerator.

Proceed upstairs to the second floor to find two additional bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed with an ensuite bathroom, the other bedroom is the master, which has a king-sized bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom that features double sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. Proceed down the hallway to a sunroom with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a desk available for any work that may pop up.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are located on the third floor, in addition to a half bathroom and a bedroom with a king-sized bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The living room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa and four chairs offering plenty of space to gather with friends and family after fun day soaking up the sun to relax or watch your favorite movie or sporting event. The kitchen has all the appliances you will need for a family dinner at your home away from home. There is a breakfast bar with seating for three and a nearby wet bar with a separate wine fridge. The dining room table has seating for six.

Guests will enjoy easy access to the beach from the community beach access just across the street. The carport area has an outdoor shower for easy cleanup after a fun-filled day of sand and sun. There are a multitude of decks for you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea, as well as a fenced-in yard for your four-legged family member.

For entertainment, high-speed internet and Smart TVs are provided throughout the home.

Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. The elevator is available on the ground floor and accesses all floors. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in.

Provided With Your Stay: Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note that top bunks, sofa beds, and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes starter supplies of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
