This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom seaside oasis is located on beautiful Topsail Beach and offers unparalleled ocean views from every room in the house. Guests will delight in viewing stunning sunrises over the ocean and relaxing evenings on the deck, sipping a cocktail with friends and family to the sound of waves crashing onto the beach. 26 miles of pristine beach is just a few steps from the back door. Accessing the beach couldn't be easier at this property, as you'll have your own private and direct access. Even the family dog will be able to enjoy a trip to the beach at this dog-friendly property (an additional non-refundable fee of $200 per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed).
Guests are greeted by three spacious bedrooms on the first level that have direct access to a large deck offering beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The first bedroom on this floor has a queen-sized bed with en suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has two twin-sized beds with an en suite bathroom. At the end of the hall is the master suite, which has a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Guests also have access to a washer and dryer located on this level.
As guests make their way upstairs, natural light illuminates the entire living space, making the whole area feel airy and open. The soothing coastal tones and spacious living area are comfortable, and welcoming and offer sprawling oceanfront views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room features two comfortable couches, a love seat, and a large, wall-mounted TV, great for cozying up with your family and watching a movie after a day at the beach. A nearby dining table rounds out this open space and provides seating for 8. A fully equipped kitchen includes all the cooking necessities needed for preparing snacks and meals throughout your vacation. Additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar with seating for 4. There is one bedroom located on this floor, which has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. There is an additional full sized bathroom on this floor as well.

Parking is available in the carport for 6 vehicles. For entertainment, high-speed internet is provided. There are 4 flat screen TVs provided throughout the house. Guests may log in to their streaming accounts on the Roku TVs. There is a pack-n-play available for guest use.
There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no-stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.
