Casa Grandy Cottage sits on a property with another small completely separate unit in the back (also owned by us and has longer term tenants).

Parking: The driveway is for Casa Grandy Cottage use only : ) It can fit 2 cars. Please do not park on Botsford Street, it makes it very hard for our neighbors to back out and we are trying to be great and respectful neighbors, thank you!!

Casa Grandy Cottage was totally remodeled in 2021/22 - new floors, new kitchen, new bath! This 2 bed (upstairs) / 1 bath (downstairs) home is situated on a little street in Milford, situated between the Wildermere Beach and Walnut Beach areas. In the beach blocks the houses are nestled closely together. Our inspiration for this Cottage comes from my Dad's love of travel to both Coastal New England and out West.

This Cottage features:

1st Floor:
-Kitchen - stainless steel appliances, fully stocked
-Full bath
-Breakfast nook
-Living room (Roku tv)
-Dining area -seating for 4

2nd Floor:
-Bedroom 1 - queen size bed, memory foam mattress, dresser, closet
-Bedroom 2 - full size bed, memory foam mattress, closet

Driveway parking - 2 cars

This property is ideal for a small family or 2 couples

Dogs allowed upon request! Pets: if your pet comes along please make sure any potty breaks are bagged up and thrown away per Milford ordinance and if you're looking for a little grassy area, there is a Park on Broadway towards the right if facing the long Island Sound - Wildemere Park : )

YALE GUESTS - We are only 10 miles from Yale! We have hosted professors, students, prospective students and parents who all want to be close to New Have but experience the quieter side of Milford.

A little beach community neighborhood next to the Long Island Sound. Houses are nestled close together.

Getting Around:
This unit has a driveway that will fit 2 cars. There are sidewalks all around and the area is very walkable.

Other Things to Note:
Spring / Summer months - Our landscapers come by to weed every 2 weeks, usually on the weekends. They are only there about 15 minutes or so.
