A great house that was very comfortable for two couples and a dog!

The house was bright and cheery. It was well equipped with good beds, towels and kitchen needs. Two Casitas was a great company to work with.

Great spot in quiet neighborhood

This was a lovely find. So glad we stayed here. It is close to downtown and yet quiet. The bedroom/bathroom configuration was perfect for our party of three and the kitchen was well-appointed with a dining and living space perfect for a small group.

Very Cozy and close to center

Awesome Experience

This place was awesome. Stayed with four adults and two kids. Pullout couch was perfect and the two bathrooms were ideal. Place was spotless, had everything you could need for a stay, and was located really well for vacationing in Santa Fe. Highly recommend.

Fantastic house close to everything in Santa Fe

The house was a perfect location just a few minutes from downtown Santa Fe - about 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the main square with many restaurants, shopping and galleries! The house is well appointed with everything you could need! It is super cozy and comfortable and the driveway makes it easy without having to worry about street parking (although on that quiet street, it's unlikely that would be a problem anyway). Everything was clean and in order when we arrived and communication with the property managers was very easy with quick responses. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Santa Fe!

It was adorable! The perfect size for 5 of us, with room to move around. We didn't use the kitchen as much as I thought we would - mostly for breakfast and keeping drinks cold, but it was well stocked! We didn't even need to buy coffee because they had some for us to use there! What a nice surprise! A few other 'surprises' were waiting for us as well, that were most appreciated!

Did not disappoint!

The property was perfect for two couples. It had everything we needed, plus the property manager left us some goodies to enjoy! Our experience at the beginning of our stay was less than desirable since we had to be moved to another property for the first night due to the water utility turning off the water. It was a hassle to pack up and move again, but definitely worth it! The property manager was so accommodating amid the hiccup, and she was very concerned that we were going to be happy. Will absolutely stay there again!

Comfortable retreat with short walk to downtown

My friend and I spent four nights here and loved it. It is very close to downtown (15 min walk) and if that's the only place you plan to be then you have no real need to rent a car. But if you're a first time visitor and would like to see the sights,a car rental is necessary. The place was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. There's also a gas grill outside which we made use of one night. A washer/dryer is also convenient for longer stays. Our only wish was that there were wine glasses, since we're wine lovers. However the hosts were very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this casita and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Yes, you can certainly spend a lot of time on foot in Santa Fe, but we always encourage our guests to check out the rest of our city, and to venture further into New Mexico. Lovely home, somewhat near downtown

This was a lovely home with a peaceful outdoor sitting area. It was not as close to downtown as we originally thought it would be, but we could still walk there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The only challenge for us was that we like to cook in for breakfast and lunch. Most places we stay have at least some kitchen basics like salt and oil, but there was none of that here. Not a huge deal, but you need to prepare for that. The owners were helpful and attentive prior to arrival. So, just a few misconceptions and minor inconveniences, but overall a comfortable stay.

We are happy that you had a great stay and found the location walkable to all that SF has to offer. We work hard to equip homes with all the kitchen supplies one would need except for cooking supplies as everyone is different. The homes do have quality coffee and sugar provided. We look forward to having you again!

I could stay here again but it is not a 5 star.

The good Very clean and plenty of supplies. Appeared to be freshly painted and decorated. Updated dining and living area. Location is a 10-minute walk from the plaza. Great bedding and linen. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. Plenty of kitchen ware. Two Casitas was very responsive. The not so good Kitchen and bathrooms very dated and worn. Some might call it charm… not us. There are steps into the family room from two sides. So, you must be careful. There is no garbage disposal yet they are worried about insects. Privacy and shared outdoor spaces may be uncomfortable. Neighbors and you can look at each other right through windows next to outdoor space.... there is zero separation. The outdoor furniture was quite dirty and unappealing to use. Santa Fe must not have trash can rules. The kitchen window view was a row of trash cans in street the entire 10 day stay.

Because almost all of our properties are in the downtown area, we have many houses that are older, more traditional Santa Fe homes as well as new, more updated luxury homes. If you ever have any questions about which you are booking, of course feel free to give us a call! We understand that older, more traditional homes are not for everyone, but it is important to many people to get the full Santa Fe experience! For that reason we do try to preserve the traditional bathrooms and kitchens in these houses. I apologize for the dirty patio furniture! I will remind our groundsmen team to make sure patio furniture is clean for all check ins! We hope to see you again next time you're in Santa Fe!
