WE ARE DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! A FULL KITCHEN , HEATED POOL STEPS DOWN TO THE BEACH, FREE PARKING IN FRONT, ELEVATOR! Our pictures are current. ATLANTIC TERRACE POMPANO BEACH This is beautiful completely renovated 1 bedroom condo. ATLANTIC TERRACE POMPANO is 4 story smaller more private complex right on the beach! Located a 1/2 a mile from the lighthouse and a 1/2 mile from Pompano Pier. This unit has a king bed and a queen sofa sleeper. It is located on the 1st floor and is a more private condo.

Though it can sleep 4 people, the condo is only 425 sq. ft and would be more comfortable for only 2 maybe 3 adults. There are 2 entrances to this condo. Most guests like the convenience of their free parking space right by the back entrance. Your front entrance is just steps to the pool and beach! The unit has a full kitchen with all cooking utensils needed. There is a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, tea kettle, dishwasher, iron/board, hair dryer, beach towels. All linens are provided. We offer all of our 7 units in this Beachfront complex for nightly weekly and monthly rentals.

We supply start up paper towels, toilet tissue, and hand soaps. There are 2 laundry rooms 2nd & 3rd floors. We supply laundry soap. The machines are coin operated. 4 quarters to wash /4 quarters to dry.

Our pool is heated and steps down to our private beach area which has 2 grills, tables, chairs and loungers. Beach chairs are located in the 4th floor closet. We do have an elevator, free parking for each condo and free wifi. There is a smart tv in the living room and bedroom, The bathroom has a tub/shower. Walk out your door and you are just steps to the pool and beach!
We are sorry, but this complex does not accept pets.

Atlantic Terrace is in a 3 mile radius of just about everything you need. We are 25 minutes from fort Lauderdale airport. There is also the pompano shuttle that will take you to the grocery store and several eating establishments along with other places. We hope you decide to stay with us!

Great location

Directly on the beach which is exactly what I wanted. Small but had everything we needed. Great water pressure in the shower and bed was nice and soft. Pool was heated and we appreciated the chairs and beach items we were able to use. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect beach getaway!

This was my second time staying here, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable. Just steps from the beach and close to everything you need. The condo has a perfect beach vibe, and it was impeccably clean. I can’t wait to return on my next trip to Florida!

The spot on the beach was perfect. Construction was noisy....but when you went to the beach you could not hear it. The road was closed for a day without notice to us, that was inconvenient. Small living area but perfect for 2. Everything worked, loved the beach chair's and umbrella's.We enjoyed our stay.

Short beach stay on Pompano

We stayed at the condo. It was super clean. Nearly everything we needed. All that was missing was a corkscrew. The bed was comfy. The linens were nice, thick and fluffy. Great to have access to beach chairs. 2 minute walk to the beach. Condo with the fan going- we didn’t even hear the construction.

Love, love, loved it!!!

Everything was perfect!!! The condo had everything we needed & more! It was our perfect little home away from home & we hated to leave! Everything in the condo was very clean & so cute! It was very convenient having a front & a back door. The swimming pool could be a little cleaner, but we were there for the beach anyway!. Everyone that we met there was very friendly.The only problem that we ran into while there was the construction going on next door, which is no fault of this complex! There were a few times we tried to leave in our car & needed to ask trucks to move--we just had to be patient--not a big deal! We really enjoyed our stay here & would definitely come back!

No one will tell you the elevator is out of order

Laundry rooms on 3rd & 4th floor. Our unit on 1st floor & no one told us the elevator was out of order. King size bed in a queen size room. Be careful, sharp corners on the bed, you’ll get bruised. No can opener, no room freshener, no Kleenex.

We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Unfortunately, our elevator was affected by hurricane Milton winds in our area, which is out of our control. A power surge caused our elevator to need a new part that had to be ordered. We are working on it as fast as possible. We are a condominium rental. We are not a hotel. As a Courtesy, we supply starter up paper towels, trash bags and toilet tissue along with hand soap, dishwashing soap. Every guest upon making a reservation is sent a renters template with all the information for their stay along with everything the Condo has upon arrival. Again, we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay.

Relaxing quiet vacation

We booked unit 1. The first night out air conditioner kept turning off. We notified Steve, at 10:30 pm he came to check out the issue. Due to the recent hurricane a few days prior, there had been a few issues with the AC and elevator. The AC started working. He brought us a fan and offered us to stay in the unit next door for the night. We stuck it out. We let him know the next morning, the AC had stopped again. He quickly said he would call the AC repair guy. meanwhile I received a call from Terri, property manager and she offered to move us to a different unit, # 9, on the 3rd floor, Ocean view. She had it cleaned and offered to help us move our belongings. We enjoyed the beach and pool until our new room was ready. We had the best view, AC worked, kept the room very cool and the rest of the week was fabulous! Minor issue but was quickly fixed. It was quiet, relaxing,and just what we needed. a few others occupying other units, but we were literally by ourselves at the beach and pool areas. Highly recommend this property and we will return again for vacation

Could not get in to apartment!

Prior to checking in I send a message to property manager if I could have an early check in and she asked to call the day of arrival. The day of the arrival I called, send text message and emailed her through VRBO and no answer. Time of check in, we punched in the code she sent through VRBO and the lockbox would not open. After trying for 20+ minutes and calling the host at the same time (with no answer), we reached out to VRBO which also tried to reach host with no success. I received an email with an answer from host at about 1am and obviously that was too late. Completely unacceptable. We ended up staying and paying for some place else. We were extremely disappointed and late for our commitment to say the least. Hopefully we’ll get our money back from this booking that was a complete disaster. I always book with VRBO and everything always goes seamlessly . Unfortunately this time the property manager really messed up.

I am sorry that you were unhappy. Every guest is sent a renters template when they book. We strongly suggest in the information template to please print it out and take it along with you because it contains important information for your stay. On that template it states to please always text or call our condo manager (his number is on the template) if you have any immediate questions or concerns. Our condo manager is on call 24 hours for instances like this. I also state on the renters template to not email me with immediate concerns because I do not check my emails until later in the evening when I get home from work. In all fairness I feel like if you would’ve had the template with you and called or texted our Condo manager these problems would’ve been taken care of immediately.
