Villa in Valdarno with private swimming pool and garden

Villa Acacia is a wonderful mansion located in Figline Valdarno, deep inside the heart of Tuscany countryside, with a great view across the Valdarno valley. Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, the property's extensive grounds afford peaceful and quiet moments to enjoy in relax.

The interior of the villa is fully restored with traditional beamed ceilings and terracotta floors; thanks to the old stone walls, the villa stays cool even in the hottest days in summer. All the furnishings are carefully choosen and placed to respect the traditional setting of a typical Tuscany mansion. The front door gives access to the kitchen, equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and gas hobs; next to the kitchen, the living room displays a marvellous old fire place. Right to the living room, the dining room is fitted with a large table that seats twelve. To the right, there is the smallest double bedroom of the mansion with an impressive four-poster bed and a small W.C.

Upstairs, the main bathroom is fully decorated with hand made terracotta tiles; it's equipped with a full size bath tub, a whirl pool and a shower fitting. On the left side of the first floor, we find two spacious bedroom: the first one is a twin; the second one is a triple with a double bed and a single bed. On the right side, there is a triple bedroom, with en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, and another twin bedroom with large wardrobe space.

Outside the villa, a large terrace fitted with table and chears allows for summer dinners and peaceful moments surrounded by trees. The marvellous swimming pool shines just a few steps outside the villa.
