Our maintenance team diligently checked the system and confirmed it was functioning correctly, with no faults or limitations found. I understand the annoyance and discomfort a lack of hot water can cause, especially while on vacation. Rest assured, ensuring your comfort is our top priority, and we would have acted immediately to resolve any genuine issues with the water heater. Your stay coincided with the Christmas season, a time we all look forward to for rest and joy. Despite the holiday, our team remained fully committed to addressing the challenges you faced, including the pool and air conditioning issues, as swiftly as possible. Our aim was to minimize the impact on your holiday experience. In terms of compensation, we endeavored to be fair and considerate. Acknowledging the inconvenience, we offered a refund in conjunction with our efforts to resolve the issues promptly. We sought to balance the discomfort caused with your overall usage and enjoyment of the other amenities at our property. However, I must express that your lack of communication and the assumptions made during your stay were disheartening.
