No smoking permitted inside or on the deck. You’ll be charged an extra $500 cleaning fee if we have to remove any smoke odor after your stay. Any wall damage from hanging things will incur a $100 fee. Hot tub use is not guaranteed due to weather and required maintenance. $500 cleaning fee if we need to refill the hot tub after your stay due to not following the posted rules. Kindly shower before getting in so we can keep the hot tub open. Send me a photo of the hot tub at checkout to make sure you don’t get any extra cleaning fees. Hot tub use is at your own risk. Do not use hot tub if self tanner or hair dyes were recently used. No pets allowed.
