Great location!

Sans Souci is in a great location for a relaxing beach trip. Less than a minute walk to the beach from condo. Great restaurants close by. Perfect location. Beach is beautiful. I have been enjoying the Sans Souci since the 80s, traveling as a kid with my family. This condo was very clean but very dated. Biggest negative was the neighbor the the left who appears to be a permanent resident. She sat on her balcony constantly and stared at us in her T-shirt and adult diapers. We avoided the balcony as she made it an uncomfortable experience!! There is clearly an issue there that I didn’t want to deal with on my vacation. I will definitely return to the Sans Souci but to a different condo!! Pensacola Beach property management was wonderful and responsive to every need!!

We really enjoyed our time here. However, there were necessities that were not provided. For example there were no blankets for lounging. There was minimal cookware as well.

Perfect locations away from the crowds. Amazing views of the beach and Gulf. Condo is a little outdated but has everything you need. Would suggest getting some new rugs and the silk plants were very dusty!

The only thing I can complain about was work going on in the Condo beside us. It got pretty loud at times. The views were beautiful! There were magnificent restaurants close by. I would rent again, but would make sure no work was going on either side of me.

Awesome visit!

I just needed a quiet getaway on the beach and this was perfect. It was quiet, secure and very reasonably priced. As a bonus I got to see the historical snow! I will definitely stay there again. Also, the staff was great-they responded to text messages promptly and were so friendly and accommodating! So glad I booked with them!

Beautiful view!

My husband and I decided to get away for a few days and relax - This was the perfect spot. The condo is a little dated (we don’t really care about that) but it was clean, comfortable, stocked with essentials and the view is breathtaking. You step right out on the beach from the building and the keyed gate was a nice security addition. Peg Leg Pete’s across the street was a bonus. The management team checked in regularly to ensure things were good. It was a wonderful experience. We WILL be back!

We had a great winter vacation staying here. The mattress and couch need a little upgrade, and the cabinets doors and drawers needs a little maintenence. So the fridge, the doors were covered in rust. It's doing it's job but the overall exterior condition it's poor.Communication with Pensacola Beach Property was very easy and they helped us immediately when we reported internet/wireless issues, they sent us a technician and fixed the issue in less than an hour.The virews of the property never disappoint, rain or shine, seeing and hearing the waves was just what i nedded.Property needs just a little extra love but i would come back and stay here.

Overall, not bad. This condo unit is a bit run down in my opinion and could use some updates. Examples: refrigerator is older and has rust spots and does not have ice maker, bathtub drain is clogged, lights burned out in kitchen, bed mattress needs replaced due to low spot in the .middle, and sliding door is difficult to open. Still, we spent most of our time on the beach so we did our best to overlook these issues. We still enjoyed our stay just will choose a different unit if we come back to this area.

Not bad for the price but...

Overall this condo was average. I have stayed at San Souci before many years ago and liked it because its so close to the fort and across the street from Peg Leg Petes and a Tom Thumb. There are a few items that needed attention, the bed was horribly uncomfortable unfortunately i did read the same reviews on the bed issue and thought they replaced the mattress. The refrigerator worked nicely but didnt have an icemaker but we made due with ice trays. The balcony furniture was old and uncomfortable which was very disappointing for such an incredible view. While the condo had planty of pillows there were no extra blankets. I recommend a new mattress, refurnish the balcony with comfortable furniture, and an updated refrigerator that doesnt have rust spots and has an icemaker. One great thing to note is the description said no beach chairs or supplies and this condo had chairs, umbrella, and floats which was a relief as we flew from VA and was unable to bring these items. Agency communicated well and was on point. I appreciate the stay otherwise.

Wonderful beach vacation

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at Sans Souci on Pensacola Beach. The condo has AMAZING views of the Gulf of Mexico, and the beach and pool are only a short distance from the condo. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

This condo has a balcony overlooking the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room was comfortable, and the bed was nice as well. With Pegleg Pete's across the street, you can't beat it!

Mother's Day Weekend Escape

Great Location, easy to get from car to Condo with assigned parking in covered Garage. Carts provided to move your luggage with. Everything is positive with just a couple of suggestions. Door was not so easy to open. You needed it to pull toward you and then turn lock. After we learned the trick to this was ok. The bed could really use another mattress...it rolled you to the center. Other than those two little issues, everything else was fine, area was quiet and peaceful.

Roaches in kitchen, next door neighbor smoked the whole time making impossible to open sliding doors, dust an 1"thickon many plastic plants throughout, floors very clean. Pool excellent condition, location fabulous and they addressed the Roaches promptly and friendly staff, rental agents very friendly, no compensation for putting up with smoking issue or dirty apartment. One kitchen towel dishes very dirty and dishwasher didn't clean at all.
