This fully renovated 4-bedroom, 3 full / 2 half bathroom retreat in WaterColor's Park District (Phase I PRIME LOCATION) is a quick walk to Seaside town center, the WaterColor BoatHouse and pools, and The WaterColor Beach Club!
Brand new 6-seater LSV + 4 bikes, and WaterColor's amenity access included complimentary!
For eco-conscious travelers, we've got you covered with an EV charger on the property!
The space
The BEST location in WaterColor's Park District provides easy access to community pools, nature trails, dune lakes, Publix grocery store, shopping, restaurants, Seaside and WaterColor town centers, Cerulean Park, and more!
A wonderfully shaded porch greets guests, providing the perfect peaceful place to relax with friends and family throughout the day under the breeze of the ceiling fans. Through the front door is a stunning, professionally decorated living room and dining space. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, quartz countertops, and premium stainless appliances, including a Wolf gas range, a 36-inch Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a wine cooler. The massive eat-in kitchen island has barstool seating as well. Also on the main floor is a half bathroom, the laundry room, and the primary master bedroom with a King bed and a spectacular en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a large glass shower with a soaking tub.
The second floor has a cozy second living room with a large flatscreen, a great space for the kids to hang out! There is a half bathroom just steps away, along with a spacious screened-in balcony with charming WaterColor neighborhood views.
You'll also find the second primary bedroom with a King bed, luxurious private balcony, and an en-suite full bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The second floor also has another guest bedroom with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/tub combination, which it shares with the bunk room (with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunks) - the perfect accommodations for the young and the young at heart!
This lovely WaterColor vacation home sleeps 10 comfortably and features HD flatscreen TVs in all of the bedrooms. Also, an EV Charger is available in the garage! There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway, or pads located throughout the community.
This house comes with a maximum of 10 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access
The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.
The Beach Club is literally steps from the home, making it a dream not to have to worry about parking! Camp WaterColor is about a 4-minute bike ride. The ultra-desirable and stunning phase 1 Park District location of this home cannot be beat!!
The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!
Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.
The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.
Other things to note -Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. -In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. -Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. -Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees. -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -The LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.

We stayed here for four days and really enjoyed the location - ten minute walk/5 minute bike to restaurants, the beach, shopping… and even only a ten minute golf cart ride to the grocery store. The house is clean and as pictured. Would stay again.

Watercolors done right!
The property was amazing and the neighborhood is phenomenal. We really enjoyed our stay. Like any beach property it wasn’t as clean as home is but not bad. The location and golfcart were perfect for trips to the different attractions around WaterColors. I would stay here again and again.

Property was great! Management company not so much.
The property itself was great. Great location no complaints. The management company Southern Holiday Home was awful to work with. We did not have WiFi when we arrived on Saturday and weren’t notified till after we walked through the door. Someone came out to look at it and said it would be fixed the next morning. Long story short it wasn’t fixed until Tuesday evening after getting the run around. I had to make outreach to the company every day to get a status update even after being told they would let me know each morning what was going on. I’ve worked in high end customer service for over 10 years. The customer should never be the one to continuously follow up for a resolution. The management company should have called us every morning to let us know what was happening. I would not recommend this management company.

Unfortunately, we were at the mercy of Mediacom’s schedule and were initially told that they would be open to assist on Monday, 9/2. Our maintenance tech came to the property to troubleshoot, but we later learned that Mediacom was closed for the holiday. Despite this, both our maintenance tech and property inspector responded and assisted to the best of their ability until the issue was resolved on Tuesday.
We want to clarify that our team was in contact with you every day of your stay, actively working to resolve the situation and providing updates. We understand your frustration and regret that our communication efforts didn’t meet your expectations, especially given your experience in customer service. Our intention was never to cause you additional stress, and we’re disappointed that our efforts were seen as insufficient.
We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the property and its location.
