* HOUSE RULES *

- This is a quiet neighborhood, so NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY TYPE are permitted. Limit of 12 people at any given time without permission before arrival. Locals - please contact us before booking.

- QUIET TIME is from 10pm to 8am.

- No smoking. A $280 fee will apply if there is a smell or trace of smoking.

- Pets allowed upon request.

Guest access: The entire house is yours to enjoy!

* PET FEE: Additional $150 pet fee per reservation. Please be advised that guests are still held accountable for any damage cause by the pet(s) during their stay; for example, chewing, scratching or marking furniture or personal belongings.
