The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it a breeze to prepare delicious meals. The exquisite outdoor space has a fire pit, huge pool to relax in during warm days, dining space, games, and two hammocks for your enjoyment.

We enjoyed our stay in Tucson. The home is in a fantastic location—close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The house itself shows its age and could benefit from some updates, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit.The host was excellent: very attentive, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the temperature inside the house stayed consistently pleasant day and night, which made a big difference in the desert climate.Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay with a standout host.

Perfect place for a getaway with our 2 young adult children. Plenty of space, fun activities(pool, ping pong, fire pit,yard games), great location near Saguaro NP(east side). We hiked Bridal Wreath falls trail(highly recommend), visited Sabino Canyon and cycled on the Tuscon loop trail. Host was great-available for questions but not intrusive. Will stay here again when we return to Tuscon

The place was very nice and clean and I’m a very picky/ocd person! Very nice! Very comfortable and accommodating! I would love to stay again. Thank you to the host who helped me every step of the way. We had a little issue with pad lock and the entire time was very nice and helpful.

My girlfriends and I had a great time with a short staycation at this lovely home with a pool, which we enjoyed relaxing in and cooling off during this hot season. We are Tucson locals from other parts of town, so this felt like being in a different city. Bradley was very communicative and great to work with. The house was nice, clean, and had all the basics. covered. I wish we’d stayed there longer to play cornhole, ping-pong, and other games. We would like to come back another time for a longer stay!

So calming.

I enjoyed every minute of it. Of course it does seem to need a couple upgrades but overall it was a great time. It was spacious it was clean! Very entertaining with all the games it has ! We got to see coyotes & enjoy the dark community sky! Would love to come back again soon!!

The pool was our saving grace

The property and manager met all our needs. We were dissappointed in the fact that the HVAC system was off and the home interior was 96 upon our arrival. It took nearly 3 hours for the house to cool as it was 112 outdoors.

Great backyard

The stay overall was okay. The backyard is great, but the house could use some upgrades and deep cleaning. The master bedroom sheets smelled of mildew, and the bathrooms didn’t look like they had really been cleaned. Overall it’s decent!

This home was beautiful and was exactly as the pictures depicted. The amenities provided were excellent and the house was well organized and clean. The host was quick to respond to any questions and was very kind. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard with the pool was private. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent for family.

Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood

The house is spacious and the beds were comfortable. We chose this home based on close proximity to family and the pool. Unfortunately the pool is frigid and was unusable. I’m sure in the summer it’s great however off season it is not heated and does not have a solar cover. The backyard is the best feature. Comfortable, room to play and the fire pit was a great bonus. The living area is very spacious and comfortable however the couch is small for having more than 2-3 people watch tv. The house could use some additional kitchen staples and some more towels but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Filthy!

The positives: the house is large, the neighborhood is nice, the backyard is large.The negatives: 1. the house was FILTHY. There was mold in both showers. Stains on almost any surface with fabric. Large stains on the living room carpet. Some combination of dust/dirt/mold on all the baseboards and HVAC vents. The main bathroom had stains on the toilet seat (use your imagination - we cleaned it), dirt or ash all over the counter, and stains on the shower curtain. Mold and dirt throughout the laundry room. This is a partial list of the dirt and filth encountered during our stay. 2. The furnishings are cheap and at the end of their useful lives. Some items are on the verge of falling apart. I get it - as a landlord you don't want to spend a lot of money on furnishings. However, if you go cheap, you need to be prepared to replace them more often. 3. Trash in the outdoor area. 4. The entire house had a weird smell.I did not contact the host. Given the number, and severity, of issues, there was nothing he could do to make it right. However, I did take A LOT of photos to document the issues.We left early and went to a hotel.
