Newly renovated Harbourtown villa with community pool

Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

2538 Gleneagle Green is a pet-friendly Harbour Town villa with stunning views of Harbour Town Golf Course and is located just a short 5-minute walk to the shops and dining at Sea Pines Center, as well as the famed Harbour Town Marina!

The open-concept floor plan features a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV and pullout sofa bed. Guests can access the newly constructed deck overlooking the golf course through sliding glass doors.

The dining table seats 8. The kitchen is outfitted with ornate cabinetry, stainless appliances, granite counters, a Keurig coffee maker, and a separate breakfast area.

The first guest bedroom is also on the first floor, and it features two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second level has the master bedroom and junior master room. The master suite features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony overlooking the golf course. This room has a renovated bathroom with a soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a dual vanity area.

The junior master has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination.

We had an amazing stay! The villa was exceptionally clean; the location was convenient, and the amenities were just what our family needed. In addition, the management company did a great job communicating with us throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

Property was located right off the second fairway of Harbor town Golf Links. Made our stay very enjoyable Condo was everything we needed.

Great Location

Nice villa right on #2 of Harbour Town. Very clean convenient to all of Sea Pines and Coligny Area. Large Bedrooms and nice sitting area outside. House well supplied with basics.

In the center of sea pines, just off the beaten path with a golf course view and across from the community pool sits this very comfortable and well stocked 3 bedroom. Every room is well equipped and comfortable for a family stay. The living room has plenty of natural daylight and comfortable seating. The skylights provide warm light over the dining table in the kitchen is well stocked with the freezer that makes ice for days. The oven has a convection feature, which makes short work of meal prep. The grill on the patio was clean and an extra propane tank was in the box on the patio. The HVAC system kept the unit cool in the hottest of summer days. A short ride to the beach club by bike or a nice morning walk could take you to the marina or the beach. The patio is shaded until the early afternoon. Only good things to say about staying in the center of sea Pines resort! Additionally, the sea Pines parking pass states that you are a resort guest so you can park at the beach club (space available) during your stay making access to the beach very easy.
