Access: Home is equipped with a smart lock. Code details will be generated specifically for your stay to maximize safety and security. Details provided upon booking.

TV: There are 4 TV's - one in each bedroom. All are equipped with streaming services for simplicity of use. No cable services are provided, but you will have access to your choice of streaming services.

Wi-Fi: Free, fast Wi-Fi so you can work or browse freely during your stay.

Pool: Bring your swimsuits for this amazing backyard and pool! One grill is available with a grill set readily available for you to use. Pool Heating fees ARE INCLUDED!

Towels: Plenty of towels will be provided for your stay. These include bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen rags, dish rags, and pool towels. Lack of towels will not be an issue.

Kitchen Items: Oven, stovetop, full-sized refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, standard coffee maker, and a toaster. Well-equipped with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom has 1 King Bed 1 sofa bed, guest bedroom 1 has one queen one bunk, guest bedroom 2 has one queen one bunk, guest bedroom 3 has 1 king.. A crib is also available for the little ones.

Extremely convenient location wether you have your own vehicle, renting a car, or ubering. 101 + 202 fwy are nearby, grocery stores, night life, restaurants, and any thing you need at your fingertips.

Other Things to Note:
POOL HEAT is included at NO CHARGE but temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather. Heat is provided by an electric heat pump that will not function efficiently when temperatures dip into the 30's which is extremely rare in Arizona but must be noted. In these rare circumstances we will gladly split the cost of Resort Passes for access to pools at local resorts.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.

Property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera to monitor REAL occupany and for emergency use.

Properties may include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

NOTE: Although this home has seen a fair amount of updates, it was still built in 1959. You may experience minor issues that are associated with a home of this age, but our team is always available to assist in making sure your stay is enjoyable. Please just give us an opportunity to correct any minor issues you may encounter.
