Hi! I’m based in Phoenix, Arizona, and I absolutely love living where sunshine and beautiful desert views are part of everyday life. I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, and connecting with people from all walks of life.

I’ve been happily married for 35 years, and we have two adult daughters and six amazing grandbabies. Family is everything to me, and we love spending time together, traveling the world, and making memories with friends along the way.

Being a host brings me so much joy because I get to create a warm, welcoming space where guests can relax, recharge, and feel at home. I love helping people have an amazing experience—whether they’re here to explore, unwind, or celebrate something special. Hosting allows me to share a little piece of what I love about this area while making meaningful connections along the way.

Nestled in one of Prescott’s most charming and historic areas, the neighborhood has a peaceful, small-town feel with tree-lined streets, unique homes full of character, and that perfect blend of nature and community. Mornings are especially beautiful here, with crisp mountain air, soft sunlight filtering through the pines, and the quiet calm that makes you want to slow down and savor the moment.

What I enjoy most is how walkable and inviting the area is. You’re just minutes from the heart of downtown, where you can explore local shops, cozy cafés, and enjoy the energy of the town square—yet still come back to a space that feels relaxed and tucked away. There’s something special about being so close to everything while still feeling like you have your own little retreat.

I also love how connected the neighborhood is to the outdoors. Whether it’s a peaceful walk, taking in the seasonal beauty, or simply sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air, it’s the kind of place that naturally invites you to unwind. It’s truly the best of Prescott living—charming, convenient, and full of heart.

What makes our property truly stand out is the experience of stepping back in time while still enjoying modern comfort. This original home, the one up front was built in 1924, is full of character and history—the duplex in the back which holds this unit was built a few years later
