Dies ist eine schön aufgerüstet 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer, Ski-in, Ski-out Wohnung bei Sunstone Lodge mit tollen Blick über Mammoth Lakes. Das gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus verfügt über einen Flachbildschirm-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer mit einem gemütlichen Gaskamin, eine luxuriöse Einrichtung, individuelle Einbauten und Sonderlackierung im gesamten Gebäude.

Der Essbereich ist für 4 Personen mit einem benutzerdefinierten Holz Esstisch mit Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet und eine Küche komplett ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Es gibt einen spektakulären Blick auf die Sherwin Berge und die Stadt Mammoth aus dem Outdoor-Deck auch!

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Kingsize-Bett mit TV und DVD-Player und Stereoanlage. Es gibt sogar extra Schlafraum auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Alle Mammoth Sierra-Gäste erhalten kostenfreien vollen Zugang zum Snowcreek Athletic Club, um Einrichtungen wie einen beheizten Innenpool, eine Dampfsauna, ein voll ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio, Yoga, Pilates- und Fahrradstudio und vieles mehr zu genießen. Diese Mammoth Wohnung bietet Platz für maximal 4 Personen und ist mit U-Bahn, beheizte Garage für ein Fahrzeug (Garage Freiraum 8 '2 "). Den Gästen wird ein Parkausweis zur Verfügung gestellt. Wenn mehr Parkplätze benötigt werden als vereinbart, wenden Sie sich bitte an unser Büro, um alternative Optionen zu erhalten. The room was nice, I’ve stayed in other units in the same development on VRBO and have had nicer units. My biggest problem was the TVs had issues, we did complain to the property management company and they attempted to rectify the problem, but they said it was gonna take a week for the cable company to come out and we were only staying for four nights.The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. The unit itself was well kept. Could use nicer bedding found it to be a little bit on the old side. No dresser in the bedroom, so there was no place to put clothing that wasn’t hung up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay immensely. The ease and convenience of ski in/ski out is hard to beat. The room was inviting and comfortable. We had challenges getting the television to work in the living room (and we never tried the tv in the bedroom), and we thought the kitchen was missing some items and supplies that would have been helpful (like oil, spices, foil, plastic wrap, or Tupper ware for leftovers). We enjoyed the hot tub and took full advantage of the slopeside ski locker. We left behind a personal item (a bluetooth speaker) that was never recovered, so that was disappointing. Overall, our stay was really great. We look forward to any opportunity to return!

Quick getaway

The property was fine. The bed was lumpy and worn out and it would have been nice to have drapes. The walls are a bit dark but that is a personal pref.

Reviewer Comments: It smelled like smoke for one hour from previous people but we cross ventilated and opened every dor and window so it is NOT the condo's fault...otherwise after that, everything was amazing, clean nice, tv great, heater great, bedroom bed fantastic, pullout is a pullout do not expect a miracle, but it was ok too. Coffe machine fine, pots and pans good, need a bigger coffee mug but nice, fridge was almost too cold. Very close to slopes, very close to restaurants, to shopping, good underground parking, good public Jacquzzi, no problems so I give it two thumbs up!

Get Away

I was surprised to see only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4 day stay. I only stay at Sunstone and this was a first. Also…..unit 103 is quite sparsely provisioned. No salt or pepper which I found odd as other units have always had basic stuff like that. Lastly and I realize this has nothing to do with Sunstone…..but the occupants of unit 101 on Monday -Tuesday argued so loudly that I considered called Mammoth PD. I have never had that happen in the property as Sunstone is an amazing place.

We were unaware that we did not have air conditioning in our unit. There was only one fan in the condo. No ceiling fans either. It was extremely warm and uncomfortable in our condo our entire stay. Very difficult to sleep. The coffee pot did not work either which was very frustrating!!!

Thanks for your review and sorry to hear that you were disappointed that the unit did not have AC. That is correct that this unit does not have AC, and not many units do in Mammoth. It typically doesn't get that hot here that you need it. However the best thing to do is to open up the windows and doors after sundown to let the cool breeze in and this usually cools the unit down and lets the air flow. Glad to hear there was a fan that you could use. Regarding the coffee maker, it seems it has already been replaced with a new one, next time feel free to let us know during your stay so we can assist with that and make the duration of the stay more comfortable. Could have been better!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A decent stay but the condo needs maintenance and some kitchen upgrades. Burnt out light bulbs, broken blind pulls making exit to the deck a real pain, badly leaking shower head, poorly stocked kitchen for those who want to cook. Barely enough silverware, sparse cooking utensils, beat up cookware without lids, no potholders. Really overpriced for what it is. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and the view was lovely

Place was as advertised - a good, but dated, unit right next to Eagle Express, which is why you pay what you do to stay here. All was clean, enough supplies for two were provided, and the bed and sofa bed were fine for a few nights. The only issues were that the over-oven microwave didn't work, so therefore the over-oven light did not work and you couldn't see anything in the morning or night and with no under-cabinet lighting you couldn't see to make a pot of coffee in the 1999 coffee maker with the wrong size filters, LOL. Also, I think the thermostat was also from around the 80s. A dial with no numbers that was a struggle to move and you had to guess a few times to get right. Last positive, great pool and jacuzzi. Also where you walk out to ski/board to the lift. THAT was awesome.

Nice Getaway...Some Ups, Some Downs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of All,The Staff at Mammoth Reservations was Wonderful!!! They did a great job of being available to answer questions and listen to the few thoughts and concerns I expressed about the property.The upside of this unit is the ski in/ski out location. I can not emphasize how wonderful it is to “Gear Up” and be able to walk down the hallway to begin your day on the Mountain. Another highlight is the heated parking garage, no scraping ice from windows or removing snow after weather passes through. The unit itself is clean and in decent shape, I would give it 3 1/2 stars, could be 4 stars with some small improvements and upgrades.The downside mostly references the general property itself and cost. Overall the insulation at Sunstone is mediocre at best. Being on the first floor you will get quite a bit of noise if the units above on the second floor are occupied and from folks walking the hallways especially in ski boots. The unit also sits very close to the main garage entrance door for vehicles. It is very loud and squeaks and squeals when it opens and closes. Regular maintenance could easily fix this problem. Finally, and I have to mention it, The Bed is Ridiculous!!! Please, Please, Please get a New Mattress!!! It has more peaks and valleys than Mammoth Mountain!Overall for the going rate I would say that it is a bit Overpriced, but a very convenient place to stay. Some improvements would go a long way, but I feel at over $500 dollars a night during ski season one should expect more in the way of quiet and an updated/refreshed unit. Again, Please at least replace the Bed!!!Hope this HelpsWould recommend with New Bed and Refresh but until then only if your in a bind or Must Have Ski In/Ski Out...
