Things to Know
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.
Clubhouse hours: 6am-11pm. Outdoor pool hours: 9am-9pm. It may be closed occasionally for private events.
Ocean View Beach Club offers a seasonal shuttle bus that runs on Saturdays and Sundays only, but also on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. Approximate times the bus runs is 9:30 to 3:30 with the bus leaving OVBC every 1.5 hours, subject to change. Please check with the clubhouse for any changes. Renters must use wristbands to get on the bus. The wristbands are obtained at the clubhouse for $38/week.
Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). There is no cable.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
You must be 25 or older to rent this property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
