BRAND NEW family friendly, large 4 bedroom plus loft and office, 3.5 bath house in Ocean View Beach Club.1.5 miles to the sand, shops, restaurants. It is also close to the Little Assawoman Canal and Jefferson Creek for easy kayaking and is a short bike ride to South Bethany beach and Bethany Beach as well as Sea Colony tennis center (pickleball and tennis lessons).

The house includes everything your family will need, so you don't need to carry everything. It includes: a pack and play, high chair, and booster seat. Contact us if you need a baby gate.

The quiet neighbor is a great place for kids to ride bikes. The community clubhouse is two short blocks away and includes: pool, billiard room, basketball, brand new fitness room, ping-pong table, sauna,
steamroom, & pickleball).. *Wristbands for access are $38/week per person. Ages 5 and under are free.

Downstairs includes an open floor plan with an enormous island kitchen with 4 stools and dining table. Chairs for 12.. Outdoor dining table with a gas grill, a Weber charcoal grill, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, and chiminea on patio. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beach chairs and umbrellas as well as buckets, shovels, and toys available for free. Three large TVs (two are 65" and one 43") with Roku, gas fireplace, two car garage, and 240 EV charger (with adapters for Tesla and other EVs).

Two kayaks (one inflatable tandem) and one sit on top also available for free.

Sleeps 10- Bedroom 1: Queen; Bedroom 2: Queen; Bedroom 3: 2 twins: Bedroom 4, 2 twins; loft: european sleeper for 2.

A shuttle runs to the beach on weekends and major holidays. Parking for four vehicles. Otherwise there is paid parking near Bethany Beach or Fenwick Island State Park or Delaware Seashore State Park.

House is great for large families, two families, multigenerational visits. Quick drive or easy bike ride to town and beach. Two kayaks (one inflatable tandem and one sit on top) are available for your use.

The house has everything--just bring linens and food.

Free EV charging is available with 240volt outlet in garage.

Saturday-Saturday rentals in season; flexible in off-season.

Great vacation

Excellent location close to Bethany and the accommodations were excellent. House was spotless when we arrived and the owner was very easy to communicate with.

Awesome home!

Awesome home!! Owner communication was quick and easy. Big beautiful home was fantastic for the family vacation. Would highly recommend for a family stay. Pool in the community was very close by and great for family. Very close to downtown Bethany beach as well.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The description and pictures of the house were accurate and the house was very clean. We had a small issue with the grill and the owner was extremely accommodating and had the problem addressed within a day.

We love this house!

This was our first time renting a home in Bethany and we LOVED every minute of it. The house is spacious, clean, convenient and had everything we needed. The community is lovely and the amenities are first class. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. We can’t wait to rebook our stay!

Wonderful rental!

This was a great stay for our family summer getaway! This was a beautiful new house with a gorgeous big kitchen and plenty of room for all of us. We’ve stayed at Ocean View before but was so nice it is dog friendly. Short drive to Bethany Beach and boardwalk. Property manager was more than helpful and easily avaiable if needed. Will def stay here again.

Great Experience and Property!

This was our first family vacation to the area and we loved it! The house was new, clean and spacious. The amenities were wonderful! We enjoyed the clubhouse and all that it had to offer. The house was very nice. Pool was great. The adults and children enjoyed it although we paid full price we only got to use it two days. Our schedule was quite full. The beach in Bethany was very nice after we found out where to park early for a great spot.

Perfect Location

The houses was in a very nice development that was only a couple of miles from Bethany Beach. The location was perfect because it was near so much. My youngest son was able to drive down to OC several times since it was only 30 minutes away. We just chilled and enjoyed the areas. The host gave us a list of restaurants that they liked and the ones we tried didn't disappoint. I highly recommend trying a Creamsicle Crush and Delmarva Deviled Eggs! We were also close enough to drive up to the Outlets at Rehoboth. It was a perfect stay!

Vacation in Delaware

We rented this house for the week. Any questions I had the owner was very quick to respond. The house was absolutely beautiful in a great friendly neighborhood. It was completely clean when we got there. It has such a homey feel. It was so nice to have access to the clubhouse and pool although there was so much to do in the area. We just came home today and my kids already asked if we could go back next year. I highly recommend this house if your looking to spend a week in Delaware! Thank you for allowing us to rent your house for the week 😎

Relaxing and spacious

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The property owners were very responsive to our questions and had great documentation for activities and restaurant recommendations. The recommendations were spot on! Having the 3 showers was very helpful in getting everyone cleaned up quickly from the beach visits. If you use the clubhouse pool I'd suggest putting the wristband on loose enough so you can remove it easily when you are not at pool. We nearly had to pay for a replacement wristband cause my wife and son didn't want to keep it on all the time. Like I said, attach it very loosely! The pool is not heated but it was a comfortable temp. Also, get to Bethany Beach by 9:30am to get close public parking! The parking convenience at the beach is great when not super busy there. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler in the owner's garage were really handy. Overall, a very quiet and secluded setting if you don't like the hectic nature of Ocean City, MD or Rehoboth, DE. There's still more places/activities we'd like to visit near Bethany that we didn't have time for (ex. Bethany Blues BBQ). We'd be happy with staying here again and see how the property matures over time.

Lovely home

The home is lovely! It has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside is you need to drive to the beach. The property manager gave us great suggestions for local restaurants and things to do. We would definitely book with them again.

Beautiful home in stunning news community

We enjoyed our first trip to Bethany. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. The house was clean and the kitchen was huge - easy to cook family meals. The huge pool was without walking distance and perfect for my 5&7 year olds. Only took one star away for location - we usually stay beachfront but this had so many other pros that we’d do it again!
