The house was lovely and accommodated our group of 9 adults. The community is close to SeaWorld and all Universal theme parks. There is a grocery store nearby as well as gas stations and dine in or carry out food ootions making everything very convenient. Communication with the host was great prior to check in but because it was a weekend, it was difficult to get in touch with anyone when we had an issue. Other than that, everything was great. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is great and the location can't be beat if you want to be near International Drive. Like all houses in Orlando, the risk is always that your neighbors aren't adhering to the rules that the house itself imposes, but that's the case with all short term rentals. Not much the owner can do about next door. But we'd go back to this house without any hesitation. Owners were responsive to our requests, house was great.

Great House for Any Occassion

Myself and 7 of my coworkers stayed at this house while we were in Orlando for a work trip and it was the perfect house for us! It was basically like we were in a hotel because we all had our own bedrooms and full bathrooms, but we had the luxury of all having team dinners every night out by the pool! So whether you are planning to stay here for a family vacation or a work trip, this is a great house/cute neighborhood!

Great place with good location

We visited both disney and universal so this house was great since it was basically in the middle. House was a great size for the family and we enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the lack of towel racks in all 8 bathrooms there was no place to hang towels. Other than that highly recommend.

A great house! Perfect location for our team's stay in order to attend a convention at the OCCC. Quick rides to the OCCC and restaurants. The house is nicely appointed and immaculately clean. Very comfortable with plenty of space. Excellent communication from our host during the booking, before our arrival and a very prompt response to answer a quick question as we were traveling on our arrival day. This is our second stay here and we hope it will be available next year! Thank you!

Worked perfectly for our group!

We had our large team in town for a conference, and this house was simply perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone to have privacy, but there were also amazing community spaces where we could gather for meals and hanging out. Everything was super clean, kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our large group (plenty of fridge space and 2 dishwashers!) There were no surprises at all at check-in, and extra parking is right across the road. We loved our time there!

Fabulous Week!

Our group of moms and daughters enjoyed our week in Orlando for a dance competition. The location was a perfect, just a short drive to the competition near the convention center. The house was a relaxing break from the competition chaos. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor entertaining spaces. The kitchen was large enough for all 15 people and had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We hope to be back again in the future.

Fantastic house for our group of 6 adult individuals. Great location for the Convention Center, Sea World and Disney. We loved the adult feel in the tasteful design considering a lot of the other properties are super kid focused and can be over the top. We slept well and had no issues. A little gift was there when we arrived, kitchen had everything you need for large gatherings, really cool game room and it was super clean and neat. Back yards are quite tight in the neighborhood but we enjoyed our coffee outside in the morning with the fully screened pool and patio area. All 6 of us agree we would absolutely choose to stay here again!

This was everything l

Never used Vrbo before so I was a little skeptical. Our family booked this place to celebrate our daughter’s 10th birthday. We had 11 in our group. Everyone had their own room. We had plenty of space to mingle and have family style dinners. There’s double of everything!!!! 2 fridges, 2 laundry rooms, 2 dish washers. There’s a shower outdoors for the pool. We enjoyed the grill and pool. Only complaint is we didn’t plan to stay longer :) Excellent property! We will book again!
