Clear communication from management company. House was in good but not great shape, but we went during high season when turnovers have to be fast (ex. multiple drains were clogged with hair).

The house was amazing. GREAT location. We came as a family to visit Universal. We unfortunately didn’t have time to truly enjoy all this house has to offer. Every room was more amazing than the one before. The game room and the big screen TV were enjoyed by all. Perfect for our family with teens and lots of bathrooms.

In the center of everything!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Orlando. This is the second time staying in a home in this location. The house was in the middle of everything and perfect location for our event at the Orange County Convention center. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful, spacious house in a great location near the parks—perfect for families! Plenty of room and all the comforts we needed.Only small hiccups: no hot water on checkout day (rough after a late night at Universal and a long drive home) and we couldn’t figure out the garage in the pouring rain.Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We were extremely pleased with this house. The location was perfectly between Universal and Disney (about 12-15 min drive to the parks). The house was beautiful and clean. We traveled with adults and toddlers. The toddlers ran around and had so much fun in the house while the adults were able to relax. We did have to reach out to the host and they were quick to respond and very kind. We plan to stay here next time we come.

Really great newer house. Just wish hot tub didn’t cost extra to heat up. My friends and I really like hot tub properties.
