Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, the loft game room, the hot tub, and outdoor spaces. The property offers ample parking for up to 4 vehicles, with room for trailer as well.

*Roads are maintained but the wind and snow in the fall, winter and Spring can be unpredictable. We HIGHLY recommend an AWD vehicle in the winter and shoulder months.

The two closest major airports are Bozeman, MT and Idaho Falls, Idaho. There is also a small West Yellowstone Airport.

Note: Some homes in this area may experience a slight discoloration in the water due to naturally high iron content—this is normal for the region. This home is equipped with a water filtration system, including a softener, a sediment filter, a UV light, and a carbon filter. Some guests choose to use bottled water for drinking during their stay in Island Park, which is totally fine and a common preference.
