Elevated on our upstairs covered deck, you’ll find a unique feature - an outdoor pool table. Imagine sinking the eight-ball while taking in the stunning vista, a truly unrivaled gaming experience. Just past the hot tub, lower deck, and enchanting path down to the welcoming fire pit and picnic area, you’ll find several exceptional fishing spots along the creek, teeming with at least three species of trophy-sized trout (Rainbow, Brown, and Brook trout), Common carp and Largemouth bass, and various local wildlife. Villa Trota also provides multiple workspaces furnished with a dedicated desk, and table and chairs, ensuring ample seating and surface area for guests requiring separate areas to work, or engage in schoolwork, games or crafts while enjoying their stay at the cabin. The main level of Villa Trota showcases a spacious living area with cathedral ceilings and a stunning stone fireplace. Adjacent to it, you'll find the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining room table comfortably seats eight guests, and for additional seating needs, there is a foldable table and chairs available, accommodating four more individuals. This level also accommodates two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom on the main level serves as the primary suite, offering a comfortable King-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower, ample closet space, a streaming TV, a Pack n Play, and an iron/ironing board. The second bedroom on this level features a Queen bed and a streaming TV, while the second bathroom offers a tub/shower. The fully equipped kitchen is prepared with everything you need for cooking, except the groceries. It includes convenient features such as an ice maker, ample pantry space, a 12-cup brew pot/k-cup combo coffee maker, silverware, various utensils, dishes, bowls, mugs, drinking glasses, a kettle, scissors, casserole dishes, pots and pans, cutting boards, a blender, an instant pot, measuring utensils, a waffle iron, serving platters, wine and rock glasses, a toaster oven, mixing bowls, tupperware, a pitcher, a can opener, a whisk, a zester, a scoop, a peeler, a bottle opener, a wine opener, cooking knives, BBQ utensils, strainers, a pie pan, cake pans, a muffin pan, a pizza pan, a baking pan, and cleaning supplies for guests to use as needed. Additionally, there is a gas grill on the main level porch that utilizes propane tanks, which will be provided. Moving to the lower level, you'll discover three additional bedrooms and a game lounge. The third bedroom on the lower level offers a single twin bed and a futon full-sized bed in a bunk bed style, a streaming TV, and a game table. Need To Know -Rest assured, both the cabin and the hot tub undergo professional cleaning and disinfection after every guest stay, ensuring a clean and safe environment. -Please be aware that the use of the hot tub, creek, and fire pit at Villa Trota is solely at your own risk. -Kindly be aware that a valid fishing license is necessary for fishing activities. It's important to note that fishing at this location is strictly catch and release, and the use of barbless hooks is required. -Please be advised that firewood is not included with the cabin rental, but it can be conveniently purchased and delivered through the management company.
