The main floor features a king bedroom, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a smart TV. Both the bedroom and living room open onto a spacious screened-in porch, complete with rocking chairs, a sofa, and a dining table—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors.

Downstairs, the basement includes two queen bedrooms, a bathroom, a washer and dryer, a small game room, and a den with a smart TV and a Wii console. There`s also a refrigerator in the game room to keep your drinks cold. One of the queen bedrooms and the den open onto a deck with charming swings.

The top floor offers an open bunk nook that`s ideal for kids, along with a king bedroom featuring a private bathroom. Attached to this floor is a beautiful sunroom overlooking the creek, furnished with two gliders and a convenient coffee station—an ideal spot to start your day.

Step outside to enjoy a covered gazebo featuring a relaxing hot tub, chair swings, and a high-top table with two barstools—perfect for unwinding any time of day.
