Terrific Wohnung im zweiten Stock an den Ufern des Grand Traverse Resort. Schön aktualisiert, diese 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder für 6 Personen mit zwei Doppelbetten und einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Ganzjährig geöffnet. Wird prüfen zu jeder Jahreszeit monatlich, wöchentlich oder kurze Aufenthalte. Sommer 3 Nächte Minimum. Kurzaufenthalte sind während der Sommersaison erlaubt. Bei Buchungen von weniger als 7 Übernachtungen, die online gebucht werden, wird keine Anzahlung in Rechnung gestellt, bis die Reservierung am nächsten Arbeitstag von Visit Up North bestätigt wird. Das Ankunfts- und / oder Abreisedatum muss auf bestehenden Reservierungen basieren und / oder am Samstag oder Sonntag beginnen / enden. TV in allen Zimmern zu! Die Küchenzeile wurde aktualisiert und bietet ein Kochfeld, einen Geschirrspüler, eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank.

The condo was very clean and we were able to get in with no problems. My main suggestion is the mattresses need to be replaced, especially the pullout and master bedroom ones. The beach club and pool were closed for the season, but looked really nice. I would also suggest getting plug in hair dryers as opposed to the wall ones. With a little investment, this place could be a 5 star place.

Excellent place to stay!

Located just north of Traverse City, much less traffic and quieter than TC. The rental has a nice beach with both sandy and deck areas with lots of outdoor lounge chairs. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only down-side is the small kitchen, but who needs it when you are on vaction! Would stay again!

Have stayed at this property before. 2 bedroom AND 2 bathroom makes a big difference; no one has to share! Love the deck view and weather was mostly good. Don't know if you were aware that both the pool AND hot tub appeared to be either shut down for the season OR was never opened back up since COVID. If you had knowledge of this, it would have been appreciated that you informed us. Seems only fair regarding the price that was paid for only 4 nights. Thanks for the stay!

Thank you for your review. Surprisingly damages happen and the waiver allows us not to charge the guest for damages unless it was a deliberate act. We have reduced our 1 and 2 nights stays to a $29.00 damage waiver fee.

Recent stay

The condo was furnished as listed, nice view towards the lake. When we came in, the coffee pot had not been emptied and we chose not to use the pullout couch. When we removed the pillows, the pullout had a small plastic doll laying there and sand on it. We were concerned that it had not been cleaned properly. Finally the cheap plastic clips holding the drapes in the master bedroom Kept popping off. Hopefully we won’t be charged damages for this but I couldn’t replace them as they’re too small to hold the weight of the drapes.
