Located in the heart of wine country, this stylish 1 BA/1 BA condo is the perfect location from which to position yourself. Enjoy 600 feet of sandy beach frontage along East Grand Traverse Bay! Here, you can easily enjoy some quiet and privacy at the end of a long day. Spend some time on the deck enjoying the sight of Acme Creek, as it meanders through the peaceful woods.
This condo is 1BR/1BA with ample space. There is a fireplace in the living room for those 'cozy' nights. The kitchen is spacious with a cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and full sized refrigerator. All linens and kitchen implements are provided. Parking is onsite just steps from the door. Note this is a 1 story walk-up unit (there is no elevator).
While chaise lounges are already available at the beach, we also provide beach chairs and a cooler for your jaunts to the lakeshore. There are boat and jet ski rentals on site for those interested in making the most of the water sports! There is also an authentic Mexican grill adjacent to the property (an easy stroll).
We have lived in the area for decades. We purchased this condo in the fall of 2025 so we could enjoy greater proximity to the water ourselves. We look forward to sharing this unit with guests coming to explore the area for the first time....or returning for further explorations.
There is no better place than summertime in Northern Michigan ;-)
