THINGS TO NOTE:
• The minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
• The onsite boat lift is not available for guest use, and the fireplace in the living room is not operable. A $150 fee will be assessed if the public boat launch key fob is lost or missing at check-out.
• You'll be assigned a dedicated General Manager for your entire stay. This ensures that all your questions, requests, and needs are addressed promptly and with a personal touch, from the moment you arrive until your departure.

There is a community boat launch ramp with a turning basin and dredged navigational channel extending into West Galveston Bay. A key is required to enter the gate. Please close and lock the gate upon entering and leaving the boat launch/pier area. Once back to the home, please make sure to put the key back in the appropriate spot. A $150 fee will be charged to your account for lost/missing key fob.
The boat launch is located just off Terramar Rd and Marina Rd.
