***IMPORTANT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE***
One Seagrove Place is undergoing an exciting property improvement project beginning October 1, 2026, including the construction of a brand-new pool and boardwalk area. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.
To help you plan your stay, please review the following important updates:
- Pool Closure: The pool will remain closed throughout construction, with reopening anticipated in early spring 2027.
- Construction Noise: Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. Some phases may be louder than others.
- Beach Access: The direct beach walkway may be temporarily rerouted. When necessary, guests can use the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.
- Limited Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation. All guests must be properly registered to avoid towing or immobilization.
- Bicycle Rentals & Storage: On-site bicycle rentals and storage will be unavailable during construction. Personal bicycles must remain on your vehicle and are not permitted inside the building.
- Beach Chair Service: Coastal Beach Service operates on-site from March 1 through October 31. Outside these dates, guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and umbrellas. Rentals are also available through Redfish Rentals at 850-213-1240.

Location and beach views were amazing. Elevator and parking were never an issue. Presence of front desk staff added a level security to a popular location. Pool updates will be welcomed. Kitchen functioned well for family of 4. Ample seating for meals and relaxing. Shelf for dishes seems a bit unstable. Master bath sink drain was slow. Washing machine was out of balance - wouldn’t consistently run the spin/drain cycle. Handy to have in unit!

This was a nicely renovated condo. The view from the balcony was spectacular, and we enjoyed the newer patio furniture with the Adirondack chairs. The kitchen is modern, and the only drawback is that the oven is a microwave combo, which we found a bit difficult to figure out. Not a big deal since we typically eat out at least for dinners. We traveled over Memorial Day weekend, and the beach was very busy. The beach is public in front of the condo, and there is a public beach access point right next to the condo. I recommend getting chairs through the onsite service that you can set up yourself early in the morning and potentially renting umbrellas from Coastal. People were setting up chairs by 7:00 a.m.! Also, the pool area is slated to be renovated at some point with a larger pool.

This condo looks to have undergone a fairly recent renovation. It was a clean place and a great view of the Ocean.There is no ice maker in the refrigerator / freezer. There are ice trays, but no ice maker. There is also no ice maker in the lobby of One Seagrove Place. If you need ice, you must walk to the gas station across the street and haul it back.The oven and microwave are some kind of hybrid combo rolled into one. So, you cannot use the oven and microwave at the same time. You use one or the other. The oven is also not full size.These may not be an issue to those who do not cook a lot in the room but will be a bit challenging if you do.

Fabulous stay, gorgeous beach
The only thing missing is a tea Kettle..... coffee pot yeah, no tea kettle... A full length mirror would also be nice.
Otherwise the view was AWESOME as always and the place was nice and clean, can't wait to go back

Overall, the stay was decent, and the location was good with a view. However, the appliances were quite old, the crockery could use an update, and the bedsheets were not as clean as expected but were changed after we complained about it to the building With some improvements in these areas, it could have been a much better experience.

Great condo
We love 1302, have stayed in it a couple times. We had 2 issues. A very dirty bowl in the cabinet and there’s a broken hinge in the corner cabinet by the bottom of the fridge. I have pics if you want. Thanks!

Great location - condo need a little refreshing
We had a wonderful first-time experience in 30A! The location was amazing — close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. Be aware that it’s a public beach access point, so it can get a bit crowded during peak times, but it was still beautiful and convenient.
The Redfish Rental team (the brothers) were fantastic — super helpful, responsive, and made check-in and the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The condo itself was nice and well-equipped, but the white couch definitely needs an update. It had some visible stains, which made it harder to relax after a day in the sun. I ended up using towels to line the cushions — thankfully, there were plenty of clean towels provided, which was a huge plus.
Overall, a great spot and a solid stay — with just a little furniture refresh, it would be perfect!

You cant beat the views
This was a spring break vacation. The condo is in the best location. Redfish took care of us everyday with chair and umbrella rentals. The front desk staff was amazing. The security guards were very kind. We were a little disappointed in a few kitchen items being very outdated and broken. This was our first time staying in a condo where everything is thrown away if not used at the end of your stay. I understand the liability issues with this, but I struggled with the wastefulness in it. We would definitely recommend the stay. Just take salt, pepper, and any spices you might need and only buy exactly what you will use. My Daddy always said that Florida was where he went to rest his soul. One Seagrove Place most assuredly has ours. We will be BACK!
