Welcome to “Seagrove in the Sky". - FRESHLY REMODELED!
In the charming heart of sought-after Seagrove Beach on Highway 30A, this spectacular corner unit seventh-floor gulf-front high-rise condo is a luxurious oceanfront beach retreat “in the sky” over the beautiful waters and white sand of the Emerald Coast. It takes our guests 5 minutes or less to walk from their front door to their beach chair in the sand! No driving or beach carts required!
The Space:
With 2 private bedrooms with their own private bathrooms and closets, this is a versatile space that can accommodate a couple’s romantic getaway, two couples traveling together, a family of 6, or any combination thereof. Seagrove Beach is known to be one of the most central locations on Hwy 30A – we are just 6 minutes east of Seaside/Watercolor, 7 minutes west of Watersound Club, and 12 minutes west of Alys Beach/Rosemary Beach. This address is one of only 2 high-rise gulf-front buildings on Highway 30A, and truly offers one of the most dramatic and expansive gulf-front views in all of 30A due to its elevation and gulf-front position. The 7th floor offers an ideal perch, as you will have an unobstructed and dramatic view of the Gulf of Mexico, but you are low enough to actually hear the waves all day! This particular corner unit is located on the unique west corner stack of the building, meaning you have unobstructed sunset views from your private balcony during all 12 months of the year! In addition, this building just opened its brand new lobby/foyer with front desk support, meeting rooms, lounge seating, restrooms, and elevator lounge.
THE SPACE
The bright mirrored main living space has full height sliding glass doors and windows to enjoy the ocean view. The coastal-themed interior spills out onto the private balcony which delivers uninterrupted views of the emerald Gulf of Mexico lapping the white sandy beach. There's a formal dining area for meals and playing card games in front of the convenient breakfast bar. Kitchen cabinets and stainless appliances provide everything you need to enjoy this upscale beach retreat. For wine lovers, this unit is uniquely equipped with a wine refrigerator. RokuTV with Satellite TV is provided in the main living area, as well as in both bedrooms.
The master bedroom includes a delightful gulf-view master suite with king-sized bed for a restful night's sleep, a TV, and roomy dresser for storage. Start the morning in the upgraded private master bathroom with its granite sink tops and full-size shower/tub. Or just open your own personal sliding glass door directly from the master bedroom to the private balcony, and enjoy the morning 180-degree oceanfront views.
The guest bedroom has ample space for up to 3 sleepers. A queen bed will replace one of the two twin beds pictured in the guest room… coming in March of 2024. The guest bathroom also has stone sinktops and a full-size shower/tub, and is accessible from the main living area.
A double-elevator bay transports you down to the first floor where a (seasonally) heated pool, and BBQ area await. Parking for 2 cars is also located on this level. Exercise room with ocean view is on the second floor. Coming soon - A new and much larger fitness center with oceanfront views is under construction on the first floor. The sparkling white sandy beach is 2 minutes from the bottom of your elevator, offering quiet morning walks, dolphin-spotting, swimming, and shelling.
While there is professional beach chair service provided on our property’s beach, Seagrove in the Sky provides 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella for our guests’ complimentary use. Pack-and-Play also provided for our families with little ones. For those with lots of luggage, multiple luggage valet carts are available for guest use.
Mi Casita Mexican Grill, Brozinni’s Pizzeria, Under the Sea Ice Cream, Hokulia Shave Ice, Doc Smiley’s Urgent Care, 30A General Store, and 30A Trading Co are all directly across the street! Countless additional cafes, restaurants, and shops line 30A in both directions, while Deer Lake State Park and Point Washington State Forest provide endless recreation nearby.
You will not find a more breath-taking and well-located experience on all of 30A than Seagrove in the Sky!
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Just a quick heads-up: once you book we'll be using our nifty guest messaging platform for all our chit-chats, so keep an eye on your text for messages from our 850 phone number. Additionally, before the fun begins, we'll need you to sign our rental agreement that has a $100 authorization hold for incidentals. It's all part of the check-in charm! Thanks for being awesome!
