Villa 3307 - Exquisitely Finished 2b/3b

A villa unlike any other!! BEAUTIFULLY UPDATED 2,150 sq ftw/ Venetian plaster walls, granite counters, marble floors, dark walnut wood, intricate lighting and gorgeous ocean view. Located on Medano beach, private and swimmable! These are owned units which make the resort much more quiet and peaceful. There are nearly a dozen restaurants at the three sister resorts along with a mini grocery store for necessities. Truly is a place you will want to come back to again and again!

There is a master suite with a king size bed, five-piece bathroom, jacuzzi tub, his/her sinks, and sliding doors to the patio. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a full bathroom. All bathrooms have marble floors and granite counters. All of the bedrooms have a TV and there is a Roku available for smart TV apps.
The kitchen has an upgraded custom granite counter top bar along with all the appliances needed for home cooking - stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. Other appliances include coffee maker, blender and full size pantry. The granite dining table is fit for a party of six. There is also a washer and dryer located off the kitchen for laundry. **The water is filtered and drinkable at La Estancia
The family room has a sofa bed along with two leather chairs and a TV. The dining table is large and seats six people. There is also a bathroom with shower located off the family room.
The expansive patio has another granite dining table, lay-down beach chairs and a Weber grill. There is also an ice machine located under the sink on the patio.
Note: the sofa bed is 60"x72" in diameter. This is a little small for an adult but great for younger children.
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, and even shop for groceries! Extra charge for shopping and groceries.
