Das Hotel selbst verfügt über eine sichere Parkplätze zugewiesen, 3 beleuchtete Tennisplätze, einer davon ist der einzige Sandplatz in der Stadt. Es gibt schöne Botanische Garten mit Picknick und Grillplätze.

Good sized and clean but could use a refresh

Pool area and commons area were nice and very well maintained.Condo was clean but could use a refresh. Never seen a sunken master bath like this. Needs a makeover.Would stay again.

Great location and stay

Perfect location. Out of the crowds but close enough to easily get to everything. Had a problem with keycode not working when we got there. A quick call to the number in the email, and we were in the unit within 10 mins. The whole place is set up like a mini resort and everything was in great shape. Family had a great time.

Key west trip

Came down here again this year for vacation. Great condo, location, and pool. It was below zero at home and enjoyed teasing the family with our warm weather. Hope to come again next year.

Great base of operations

We came down to Key West to visit family and needed extra accommodations. The condo was great for four adults (two couples), providing all the conveniences and amenities you would want - wifi, AC, comfortable seating areas, big refrigerator, nice coffee maker, etc. It was particularly nice to be able to do laundry in the unit and go home with clean clothes. We did not spend much time on the grounds, but they are very nice with lots of greenery, a pool that looks out at the sea and a private beach. It was also nice to have a parking spot in the gated garage - which made it much more comfortable to get into compared to be parked out in the sun. We would definitely look to stay here again on future visits.

Paradise!

My sister and I came back to Key West, since we enjoyed our last trip 5 years ago. This place was perfect for us. Beautiful grounds, lovely views, super easy access. The rental was super clean, with great amenities. We would live to come back!

Nice condo - nice location

Perfect spot for our family to enjoy Key West without being in the busy downtown area. Just a short walk or a quick Uber ride to town.

Getting away from the cold.

We had a great stay at A111, equipped with everything we needed. Beds were not very comfortable and the bathtub’s could use an overhaul. Overall we had a great week.

Wonderful Experience

On our first trip to Key West, this property provided a spacious, clean and great locality for us. We were within a short car or bike ride to all of our "to-do's" on our list. When we were not taking in the sights, we enjoyed the pool and beach area. Next trip back, I will definitely inquire about this property and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Very nice condo

Condo and complex was very nice. Amazing view from pool - right on the ocean! Kitchen was a little sparse with dishes, bowls, etc. location within walking distance of everything if it wasn’t 100 degrees and humid the entire week!

Great Getaway

The 4 of us loved our time here! The property was just as the pictures showed. We loved everything about it. We will be back to 1800 Atlantic! We will try to get a room with the ocean view next time. The garden view is wonderful but would really like to see the water!

Easy check in and departure. Unit was as described in description. Unit is a bit dated and there was no hot water in the master bedroom. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was strong. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and the price was more than reasonable for key west. Would stay here again for the price but don’t expect luxury.

Great ( all but the master bath)

In master bath -While counter/vanity was updated to ask someone to take two steps down into a stained huge tub is asking a lot. No shower curtain, faucet and shower head old and rusted. Other bath needs updating too. Kitchen was great except no hand towels. Everything was clean and ready for us to move in.

Beautiful property

Pro: property and pool. Great layout and view of the ocean. Con: unfortunately, woken up by a rooster every morning at 5:30. Mattresses should be replaced. Guest room had two twins pushed together☹️ Toilet seats need replaced. Both were pretty old. Shower controls in both bathrooms should be upgraded. Lazy-boy in living room pretty worn.

Great Condo, Great Community, Great Location

Stayed with our daughter and son-in-law for 5 nights. The unit looks better than the pictures in the listing. Kitchen is well-appointed, and both bedrooms have king beds. Both bedrooms and the living area are attached to the balcony and overlook the lush courtyard. Unit gets morning sun. The courtyard, pool, and hot-tub are beautiful with the pool and hot tub having great ocean views. The property actually has a small beach area, so it is possible to get the beach experience without walking 5 minutes to Smathers Beach. The residents and other visitors were all friendly. The unit and facility were very quiet at night. Great walks in both directions either towards Higgs Beach (west) or Smathers Beach (east). There are a number of restaurants and a small grocery store a short walking distance, and endless choices within 5-10 minutes in either direction. Parking near Duvall Street is about 5 minutes away. Smathers Beach has lots of watersports activities. Finally, Julia the property manager was great at quickly responding to questions.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just spent an amazing 2 weeks in Key West. The weather was absolutely perfect.We rented at 1800 Atlantic through AirBnB. Julia was responsive to questions within a few days of inquiries.The location was awesome. Walking distance (1 mile) to Higgs Beach, Salute a restaurant, pickleball and bocce courts. Right next to the Boardwalk along the ocean. We rented scooters for 1 of the 2 weeks. DEFINITELY recommend this! Fun, safe and easy way to travel & park to DuVall St. We had rented a car but rarely used it. I would Uber instead of renting a car.Pros for staying at 1800 Atlantic-LocationPool and picnic area- very nice! Hot tub- very nice!ConsVery outdated condoGuest bedroom - although a king bed ( 2 doubles shoved together) the bedding was not nice, the pillows are awful(bring your own) and not enough pillow cases to even cover the pillow they provideOutlets so loose you can’t keep things plugged inWhat I realized after our stay was that the reviews on the website were referring to other units within the complex of 1800 Atlantic. Unit 111 needs some serious updating, there is no view of the ocean and other references to ‘lovely condo’ does not pertain to Unit 111.

Interesting Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such an interesting stay...Only have two rolls of toilet paper/1paper towel roll for a whole week, really gets you to be conservative of how much you use so you can make it last the entire trip. For how much you're paying for the room, you'd think you'd get more than the 2 rolls and maybe some shower amenities. Also waking up to bite marks from the nights sleep and not knowing what bit you until the very last night, absolutely wonderful. Found HUGE RED FIRE ANTS all over the master bedroom. Pretty sure we are taking some of them in our luggage to our next vacation home... yikes. I'd recommend elevating all of your luggage off of the ground if you can. We had to Uber everywhere for food because we weren't close to much unfortunately. Despite the furious fire ants and lack of toilet paper, there were some good things from the stay too. We were within walking distance to Smather's Beach (which sometimes was stinky because of the seaweed-but if you went closer to the airport the better it got). We never used the condominium pool or hot tub but it looked nice and peaceful. The outside patio attached to the place was nice too. We'd watch the afternoon storms roll through without getting wet.
