Großer Essbereich für 6 Personen, Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, zwei Einzelbetten im Gästezimmer und ein ausziehbares Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. 2 große Badezimmer.

1800 Atlantic hat den besten Pool der Insel und einen Whirlpool für 20 Personen. 3 beleuchtete Tennisplätze, von denen einer aus Lehm besteht. Sichere zugewiesene Parkplätze.

Das Anwesen selbst liegt direkt am Atlantik.

In dieser Unterkunft ist während der Hochsaison ein Mindestaufenthalt von 4 Nächten zu jeder Zeit der Woche erforderlich. Nice, Quiet Location

We loved this location because it was away from the Key West night life but still close enough for a quick car ride or decent walk. The condo was very roomy and had most amenities needed for your stay.

Misrepresented

First things first, beach side is a water line with sand not rocks. Picture on the review and listing even isn't part of the property. It is Smather's beach which is located 3 mins away in a car. The property was clean and organized. The review I am writing may seem tilted toward not having a beachside view or access but the pictures and description lead one to believe that it is.

Great location and amenities. Not traveling to the Keys to be inside but at the end of the day it was a great place to return to. Pool and Hot Tub are very nice. Would definitely go back!

This property was the perfect choice for our needs as we traveled on vacation with four kids and two adults. The property managers were well organized, and thorough. Communication was very good and the common area staff were polite and accommodating. The common area facilities were plenty and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and appreciated having off street parking in an enclosed garage for our rental. The condo had everything we needed and was very spacious. We would definitely book this condo again.

Huge condo in a nice, quiet spot

The condo was extremely clean and spacious. There were only two of us in town for work, but the condo could easily accommodate a larger group. Very nice living area and huge balcony/patio. Access to a garage is a plus if you have a car, but it’s also a nice bike ride over to Duvall, etc. Would stay again!

Great Location for My Group

Location was quiet as it is away from Duvall street. We had a few guests who have health conditions and getting rest is important. We rented bikes and enjoyed our multiple bike rides to Duvall street. The garage space was a plus to store the bikes safely. The only downsides were the early check out and the ice maker didn't make ice very quickly.

Good Overall

The stay was pleasant for the most part. Check in was a little confusing as we didn't know to use the garages, but once that was explained by security it was no problem. This property is not a resort, but rather a bunch of residences. We had security called on us the first night because we were on the balcony talking at around 11:30. That was a bit surprising.

Get away from Indiana snow

We took a 4 day get away from Indiana, that was booked only about a week before.I have stayed in many . This one was not up to the Value of other places.The building is in need of updating, and they are in process, but inside, while the kitchen and baths have been. Updated( the most expensive part) nothing as far as decorating looks updated in 30 years.I have been in high rise units with 3 bedrooms with balcony &. water views and paid less, and the decor was current within the last 5-8 years.There was also a lot of tiny white ants all over the kitchen, and we had to keep any food in the fridge to protect it.My mistake was booking late and getting what was left, as an option, I guess.The pool WAS very nice and warm and the hot tub was also nice The chaise area in the sand was a good alternative to going to the beach down the street..

The 10:00 a.m. departure time was daunting with having to do the laundry and dishes as well as getting ourselves (there were 6 of us) out the door. A little later time would help. We did manage, however. Locating the unit was a nightmare, as there were no instructions as to where it was located. We had to call to get instructions.
