Everything about the property was great, and so close to the beach. We fit four adults and two teenagers perfectly. The private beach was nice and the chairs/umbrella that were complimentary with the condo was so helpful. Karen and Stephanie were wonderful to deal with and very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!

Property was very clean and comfortable. Having ground floor was perfect for us traveling with our pet. The pools are outstanding! We love the Maravilla complex.

Our family appreciated staying here. So helpful to have beach towels on site and plenty of dishwasher/dish detergent. The updated baths were lovely. The host answered right away with our questions. And we were thankful to have our little fur baby. This complex is safe and family friendly!

Our condo was very clean and roomy, it was supplied with everything you needed for your stay there. As for storage for food there was none, we had to place our food on the counter, but had plenty of room in the refrigerator. The walk to the beach was short and paved, the pool is beautifully and very clean. Our host was so accommodating and friendly and easy to get hold of. To sum things up i would do business with them again.

The property was nice. Any issues we had were met with quick response. It’s more like a 5 minute walk to private gate for the beach access. The reason I gave a 4 is the bunk room is very deceiving online in the picture. It is extremely tiny. We had a wonderful stay in Destin!

We have stayed at this complex several times and this has been the nicest condo we have had. It was fully stocked and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The location was perfect for having two little dogs. The hostess allowed us to check early, which was a huge benefit since we had dogs. We will definitely book this again when we return. Thanks for a great stay.

The place was fantastic - first time to rent the 3-bedroom version, which we loved. Also a great side yard for our pup. Apartment was comfy with a great layout. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. This is our 4th or 5th time at Maravilla and we would stay in this condo again. A great stay overall.

Great Condo

Karen and Stephanie’s condo was perfect for my wife and our two dogs. Great location in Miramar Beach. Maravilla is very dog friendly as many people had their dogs with them. They were very responsive hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would 10/10 recommend staying here.

Miramar Beach

This condo at Maravilla was very nice! It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Beach towels and chairs were an unexpected bonus! Communication with rental agents was excellent! Would definitely stay here again.

First visit to Ocean for 3 family members

We have stayed in the Maravilla property before and enjoy the two pools, closeness to the beach, security and dog friendly. Host(s) were quick to respond to all questions and concerns. The washer and dryer was a HUGE plus and worked great.

Lovely

The only complaint is the floors were dirty and the sofas were uncomfortable. Other than that it was a lovely stay. Good location and convenient walk to the beach.

Maravilla never disappoints

Condo was beautiful and clean. The owner at 1106 was easy to communicate with about work being done on the condo and weather. We always enjoy our stay here, and look forward to returning year after year.
