The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms, living room and dining room, parking for 1 vehicle, and high-speed WiFi.

The house is divided into three floors:

On the first floor is the living room, dining room and kitchen equipped with everything necessary for guests to prepare their meals, along with a beautiful center-porch garden area.

On the second floor are 3 bedrooms. Each one has a bathroom, closet and air conditioning... as well as a WiFi signal expander so you can enjoy high speed throughout the house.

On the third floor there is a loft-room with access to the terrace where we have a small rooftop pool and the laundry area.

This gated villa community also has shared communal areas including a large Roman-style pool, rock climbing, fitness room, game room & even a cool binocular station to see a clear up-close view of the Mayan Ruins right from the property. We also have a full time concierge team ready to assist you with ground transportation, personal chef & in-home massage services, tourism activities, ATV Rentals and much more!

Please note: The nightly rental price of this home is PER PERSON. Based on the number of people staying, you will have access to the different rooms on the second floor and the total price will reflect accordingly.

Regardless of the number of people staying, you will be able to enjoy the rest of the house and amenities.
