This four-bedroom, four-bath Destin beach vacation rental sleeps 16, is just a short walk to the beach, and is located in the gated community of Destiny by the Sea. All three floors of this Mediterranean-style home offer breezy balconies and patios with landscaping that makes you feel like you are on a remote island.

Another well-kept secret is the neighborhood’s private beach access to the pristine shores of the Gulf of Mexico. The community also has a private pool and clubhouse, which features a large sundeck and tropical resort landscaping. In addition to the bubbling hot tub, the pool is illuminated at night, making it a treat to enjoy enchanted evenings in this hidden gem.

Great property, easy experience!

We had a great time in Destin and completely enjoyed our time at this property. The check in experience was about as easy as any I have experienced and any issue we had was promptly acknowledged and addressed. This is a property we will definitely visit again!

The property is setup awesome, close to pool and easy to access the beach. House was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Had some extra floats and beach toys in the garage also.

Pre-Mother’s Day Vacay

Loved the open layout with room for whole family gathering as well as room for individual quiet time. Outdoor balconies were very useable and safe. Love the community for walks and play. Love the beach. Community pool area nice too! My only suggestion is to transition to cordless window blinds.

Spring Break 2025

Visited Destin with family in mid March, 2025. The house was in excellent condition and a perfect location by the beach. We walked back and forth several times during the day. The house is also located very close to all conveniences -- grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Overall great stay in a very nice house and location! Would recommend!

3rd visit to this home!

We have enjoyed this home for 3 vacations and continue to come back because it’s an awesome home and location. The home was renovated since our last visit and it’s beautiful. You can’t beat the easy 2-minute walk to step into the white sand. The layout of the home is wonderful for large groups and the front porches are my favorite spot to sit to get sun or shade all day.

Great home and very close to the pool and the beach. Management company was quick to respond to an issue during our stay. Unfortunately the pool was in a very bad state: jets did not flow, a lot of debris like hair, leaves, slime and sand. Pump didn’t seem to be working and it made the water very hot and it was very cloudy. Someone left some used bandaids on the edge of the shallow end on the east side and they were there the whole week. It appears that no one is treating or tending to the pool which was needed because there were a couple of days that the ocean was too rough for smaller children.

New Year’s Getaway

We decided to bring our kids and their friends to Destin to celebrate New Year’s! We wanted to make sure there was plenty of room for two adults, two 17 year olds and two 20 year olds. We also wanted to be near the beach. I’m so glad we chose to stay at this beautiful home. The kids enjoyed having their own space and the master suite felt like our own private oasis. The kids enjoyed the games in the garage and they were able to play video games in the bunkbed room. We loved the kitchen and enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the house. There were plenty of kitchen accessories for minimal cooking and plenty of bath towels. We loaded up with goodies at Whole Foods our first night and the fridge and counter space was roomy enough for all of our food and snacks. The weather was perfect, ranging from 60-70 degrees all week with few clouds and tons of sun! On New Year’s Eve we watched fireworks from the balcony! Our family enjoyed walks on the beach every morning. We spent lots of time relaxing on the beach in the comfy chairs provided, the kids built sandcastles with all the fun beach toys, and we wrapped each afternoon at the warm pool and luxurious hot tub. The gated community made us feel so safe and we loved the private beach. The house is so close to restaurants and the mall - we had a great time at The Fish Bowl, Fudpuckers, The Track, The Back Porch, and The Crab Trap. It was a wonderful, relaxing getaway for New Year’s, we will definitely be back!
