Dieses Haus befindet sich auf einem großen Eckgrundstück (130 'x 105') neben einer 50 'großen Gasse, die eine großartige Aussicht und den Zugang zu Gulf & Sound bietet. Es gibt einen Bürgersteig und eine Promenade, die Ihnen die sehr kurze Entfernung (ca. 100 ') zu den smaragdfarbenen Gewässern und dem zuckerhaltigen weißen Sand des Golfs bringt.

Der Familienbereich wird durch Bambusböden, Granitplatten, Plantagen-Fensterläden, gewölbte Decken und einen großen Flachbildfernseher mit Wandmontage betont. Es gibt Mahlzeiten für 15 Personen, einschließlich Esstisch und Frühstücksbar.

Wenn Sie vom Familienzimmer aus durch die französischen Türen auf den großen Balkon treten, werden Sie sofort von der Hauptattraktion dieses Hauses begeistert. The house worked well for our family. Eight adults and four kids. The pool design is fantastic. Easy access to the beach. The beach is great! The downstairs rooms are not as nice as the upstairs rooms, but hey when you’re accommodating a lot of people and kids, it’s fine. Appreciated greatly the pool toys and beach toys and chairs as we arrived by airplane. Towels provided are great. Beds are good.

Listed as 5 br. Nope! Ur charged full price but the downstairs is bug infested damp no lights unsafe (doors not sturdy) unfinished GARAGE with yard sale beds. The bunk was so shaky the 4yo was scared it would collapse. No access to the house without going outside. Location excellent. Nice pool but heated by sun only. No reply from host except charging the card. Beware

Best Christmas Ever

We loved our stay at the Gumbo Bungalow!Super easy to check in, lots of great things to do in the area.So close to the beach and plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable. Even included everything we needed for our 1 year old grandson.The pool was fabulous, our grandchildren and young adults alike swam every day.

Graduation Weekend

We had a great family weekend for UWF graduation. The pool was a highlight for the kiddos and very nicely heated to allow for cold weather swimming! Downstairs did need some airing out due to misty smell but did not affect the trip or ability to sleep. I would definitely stay again!

Comfortable and close to the beach!

Overall we enjoyed our stay, house was comfortable and clean, besides some issues with bedding but it got worked out. Property manager was easy to communicate with. The outside could use some TLC. But close to the beach, pool was fun and clean. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great Vaca!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had a few minor set backs with the air, but Stephany was awesome in working with us to get it resolved! Her communication was well appreciated! She definitely goes above and beyond for her guests. The pool area was a big hit for our group. We love the area. Would definitely recommend this house!

Family annual beach trip

We all enjoyed the property. Kitchen was nicely equipped. It just needed more dish rags and towels. And bathing towels and wash rags, as well. The guest that occupied the downstairs bedrooms were a little inconvenienced with not having stairs inside. They had to go outside, rain or shine to get to their bedrooms.

Perfection!

We are so excited about our stay at the Gumbo Bungalow - it was everything we hoped it would be and then some! Location is perfect. Pool was lovely and warm. Kitchen was very well appointed with quality pots and pans and equipment. The towels were thick and Lucious. Beach towels were plentiful and thick Outdoor furniture was awesome. Obvious that the place is being cared for. Stephany was quick to respond to my messages. Washer and dryer handled everything from tiny loads to extra large loads of beach towels. Highly recommend staying here - perfect for the teenagers we had with us to have some space to call their own yet be upstairs for breakfast lunch and dinner together. Bonus! Super Delta Flyover directly over our pool on Wednesday! It was a wonderful week of family fun. Thank you!

The layout of the house was very convenient and nice. The pool and outside area was also very nice, but due to cold weather we were unable to use the pool. It's convenient to get to the beach. The only drawback was the fact that the house was dirty and had a strong mildew smell.

Great Pool & Location, property needs TLC

Overall it was a decent stay considering the price. The heated pool was fantastic and the location to public beach access was great. Very short easy walk to the beach even with kids and beach bags. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and felt safe. The house has taken a bit of wear and tear over the years and does need some TLC and a deep clean. Pictures of the property are dated. Aslo we did not realize the bedrooms on the lower level can only be accessed from outside, so we had to rethink our sleeping arrangements with the younger children but in the end it worked out for our 3 families each with one kid.

Spring Break

Overall impression is it certainly served the needs of two families. Pool was a hit. Poolside and deck was also nice and sunny. Ping pong, pool volleyball and horseshoes was popular. Master bedroom had no remote to tv. Yard volleyball net should be redone. Didn’t bother using. Definitely upkeep, but we all enjoyed ourselves!!

Start with the good- great location, super quiet! Great communication with owner! The pool was great and plenty of outdoor seating for a large group. Property needs some serious TLC. Steps out to beach walk are falling apart and are a serious trip hazard for kids/ older adults. The wood is actually coming off the steps. Tried to use the pans to cook but everything just burns to the bottom and took forever to clean. The kids rooms have no access to the main living without going outside. Bath tub in one of the bathrooms was SO LOUD we thought we would break through the floor. Two of the beds (one king and another queen) squeak so loud whenever you turn over, it woke everyone in the bed up. Ok property if your main thing is pool/outdoor seating! Will say again, the owner had great communication. Just need to put a little time and updates in the house and it would be great!

Property needs a lot of TLC. Things that you should know… 1. Toaster only toasts one side of bread. 2. Downstairs inaccessible from top portion, you must go outside to access. 3.Paint on exterior peeling, boards to walk way to beach dangerous and loose. 4. Multiple areas of missing fencing. 5. No cleaning supplies on site like windex or surface cleaners at all with a glass large kitchen table. Overall just felt very run down. I would not rent the place again. Pool was wonderful for the kids and beach was close. A few $ invested could make a huge day

Nice, but could use updates.

Overall I would stay here again. But there were a few pretty big issues. Let me start off with the positives. The location was excellent. You were just a short walk from the beach and a few min drive from shopping and restaurants. The pool was amazing. I really liked how private the place felt.The neighborhood was super quiet. The upstairs was nicely laid out and had plenty of space for our families to hang out. The house definitely needs some upkeep. The pictures do not reflect the house in any capacity. Just a little paint would go a huge way with this place. We booked this house with the intention of having 12 people. Thankfully 3 bailed last min so we had a total of 5 adults and 4 kids. This made a huge difference in our stay because the 2 bedrooms downstairs were not usable. They smelled of mold terribly and had a lot of bugs. It is also worth noting that the downstairs is not accessible to the upstairs without going outside. We found the downstairs bathroom convenient as a pool bathroom though. They also had a black rubber mat in front of the backdoor that got SUPER hot during the day. More than one person burned their feet on it, forgetting to put shoes on after getting out of the pool. There was no green grass or sandbox either. Despite these problems I would stay here again if only needing a 3 bedroom place with 2 king beds, one queen and a rollaway bed. I just really wish they would update their pictures. It left me feeling very hoodwinked.

A large gunite saltwater pool with toddler area, bench seating along the edges and the same depth at both ends provides the perfect opportunity for a game of volleyball the entire family can enjoy. The horseshoes alley as well as a grass Volleyball/Badminton court provide entertainment for the teens. There are decks to lounge and view the ocean, those around the pool for basking in the sun, and a lower patio for the ages who wish to hide from those bright Florida rays. On the patio is a recreation area with Ping Pong table and a variety of sand and pool toys. You will be amazed at how often you actually forget to make that easy jaunt to the beach because of all the fun to be had at the house. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA TO HEAT THE POOL, BUT WE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO HEAT THE POOL DURING JANUARY & FEBRUARY.
