So much room!

Our unit was just great. Having a bedroom and bathroom for each couple was so helpful. There is so much outdoor seating, and we spent a lot of time out there. The unit is cute and clean. They had everything you will need, lots of extras in the laundry room. This is the fastest elevator in Navarre - and they have loads of carts to help get your things up. I would stay again. Maybe tomorrow!!

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how much space this condo offers, both inside and outside. The extremely large balcony was one of our favorite features. The seating was fantastic for relaxing and watching the waves, beautiful sunsets, and even the occasional dolphin. The views were absolutely amazing!The kitchen was decently stocked and had plenty of plates and cutlery, along with a toaster, crockpot, and blender. If you plan to do much cooking, you may want to bring or purchase spices other than salt and pepper. We also appreciated finding beach chairs and toys in the laundry room, as well as the extra floats that previous guests had left in the covered parking area for others to use.The communication was excellent. Responses were very fast, and maintenance was also very responsive when we needed assistance.There are a few things we think are worth mentioning for future guests and for the owners to be aware of. In the bedroom with the double beds, three of the towel racks were broken, the shower did not drain properly, and most of the outlets were located in the light fixtures. It would also be helpful if the light switches were labeled so guests know which switch operates which light and can more easily determine where devices can be plugged in for charging.The second king bedroom could use a more thorough cleaning, particularly underneath the bed, where we found a pair of underwear left behind. The bathtub in that bathroom also needed a better cleaning.

Our stay was great and the views were amazing. The cleanliness of the condo could have been a little better, but that’s to be expected that it’s not as clean as your own home. Overall the host was great to work with and got us a new coffee pot the next morning as the other one broke the night before. The rooms were perfect for our family and we loved the porch for the sunsets

Great location right on the beach. Loved the pool, hot tub, and beach access. Layout of the rental is great. Also the patio furniture was great quality and made the outdoor area so enjoyable for our family. The chairs and umbrellas were great, just be sure to talk to the staff at the beach on your first day and they will set the chairs and umbrella up for you every morning with your name on them!
