Welcome to our Luxury Black Ridge Villa at Elim Valley Community Resort! This brand new home sleeps up to 32 people, providing a comfortable space for large family and friend gatherings. Come explore the vast attractions Southern Utah has to offer, including Zion National Park, Sand Hollow and Snow Canyon State Parks, Tuachan theater, numerous golf courses and so much more.

- Largest private pool in community plus 12 person hot tub

- Turf area for lawn games (spike ball, giant jenga, bocce ball, corn hole, can jam)
- 5 Master rooms w/King size beds, private bathrooms and blackout shades
- Bunk room sleeps 18 (4 Queens, 4 Fulls, 2 twin chair sleepers)
- 4 TVs - 85" in upstairs living room, 75" in downstairs living room, 55" in bedroom 1, and 55" in bunk room (streaming capable smart TVs)
- Fully stocked kitchen including keurig, tea kettle, crockpot, griddle, Dutch ovens
-2 large kitchen tables which separate for additional seating with use of benches.

Elim Resort Amenities:
Swimming pool, lap pool, hot tub and splash pad -restrooms and changing rooms are available. Two pickleball courts and lots of grassy areas located within the community (one is right across from the house).

Pool/Spa:
Adult supervision required at all times when children are swimming. Please close pool cover when not in use. Must abide by Pool/Spa rules which are posted on wall. Pool may be heated for additional $100-150 per day. Pool is heated to 86-87 degrees. Hot tub heated between 102-104 at no additional cost. NO DIVING. Jump rock is for jumping feet first only into 7.5ft deep end. Shallow end offers a spacious Shamu shelf-great for little children to play on.

NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND PERMITTED ON PREMISE OF PROPERTY INCLUDING INDOORS/OUTDOORS (PATIO OR BACKYARD). $500 FINE FOR VIOLATION PLUS DAMAGES.

NO PETS ALLOWED ON PREMISE OF PROPERTY INCLUDING INDOOR/OUTDOORS. WILL ACCOMADATE SERVICE DOGS ONLY. $150 FINE PER DAY IF DOGS BROUGHT TO PROPERTY.

Additional charges may occur for house rule violations or if home is left excessively messy requiring extra cleaning.
