Dieses Haus hat alles, was Sie für Ihren Familienurlaub brauchen! Neben all den nahe gelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Zions National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, St. George), dieses Haus bietet Ihrer Gruppe viel zu tun mit seinem privaten Pool, dem Pickleballfeld, dem Fußballfeld und dem beeindruckenden Interieur. Der Pool ist in den kälteren Monaten für unsere Gäste beheizt.

Das Innere des Hauses bietet eine massive Küche und einen Wohnbereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Platz für große Familien.

Der Meister hat ein Badezimmer, das nur mit einem gehobenen Penthouse in New York mit Kingsize-Bett und hochwertiger Bettwäsche vergleichbar ist! Vorne Schlafzimmer mit einem anderen Kingsize-Bett und persönlichem Schreibtisch. Dann teilen sich die 2 Kinderzimmer ein Jack & Jill Badezimmer. Kinderzimmer Nr. 1 = 2 Kojen (4 Betten / 8 Schlafplätze). Kinderzimmer Nr. 2 = 1 Etagenbett (2 Betten / 4 Schlafplätze). Leicht schlafen 12+ in den 4 Schlafzimmern.

Das Äußere des Hauses ist der Ort, an dem diese Ferienwohnung mit einem großen beheizten Pool (geöffnet von Feb-Nov, je nach Wetterlage) mit einem flachen Ende für kleine Kinder, einem regulären Pickleballplatz und einem umzäunten Feld für alle Aktivitäten, die Sie wünschen, hervorsticht ein Poolhaus, um sich abzukühlen und gleichzeitig mit anderen draußen zusammenzuarbeiten.

Langweilen Sie sich in unserem Minisportkomplex? Kein Problem, Sie sind etwa 5 Minuten vom Golfspielen im Sand Hollow Resort, Sky Mountain und Coral Canyon entfernt.

Golf nicht dein Ding? Quail Creek Reservoir und Sand Hollow Reservoir sind extrem nah und erlaubt Bootfahren, Kajakfahren, Grillen am Strand, etc. Rund um Sie sind Wege für Off-Road-und Sand Hollow hat sogar Sanddünen, um in zu fahren.

St. George, Zions National Park und Tuacahn sind alle innerhalb von 30 bis 40 Minuten erreichbar.

Unser Zuhause ist am besten für typische Familien. Wir erlauben keine Partys jeglicher Art und das Rauchen ist verboten. Wenn Sie unser Haus für Ihre Junggesellen- / Junggesellinnenparty, Abschlussfeier, Hochzeitsfeier oder ähnliches mieten möchten, ist unser Haus nichts für Sie.

We stayed here for our visit to Zion and it was perfect for our group. Being able to relax in the pool and hot tub after a day of hiking was great, and the spacious kitchen, dining, and living room area was fantastic for us to all hang out together.

The house was great! We used all of the amenities and had the pool heated so we used it a ton too! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We had plenary of room to spread out and also plenty of room to gather in the living room/kitchen area. Having laundry was great! The host was very responsive. The house isn’t super fancy but it was clean and we had a great time! Highly recommend!

Amazing Home!

The place was great and had all the entertainment for a family that you could want. The backyard was amazing and the pool was very refreshing despite it being 100 degrees while we were there. Only a 6min drive to Sand Hallow as well. I highly recommend if you’re heading to the area with family

Fun amenities in convenient location

The heated pool and pickle ball court made for a great Spring Break stay for our adult kids. Pool towels and a well stocked kitchen and pantry were nice rental perks. Quick access to gorgeous golf courses and Zion NP made the location swell.

The Great Escape

House was exactly as advertised. It was comfortable and great for our family. We enjoyed all of the outside amenities, pool, spa, pickle ball, trampoline, etc. The neighborhood was very nice and quaint. The owner was easy and quick to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this location, especially if you have down time and want some extra outside fun!

Nice vacation home

This is a great property for families. We had two families staying together and there was plenty of room. The outside space is wonderful. The kids spent hours in the pool and on the pickle ball court. We recommend this home for families.

Great home for groups

We had 2 small families stay and they all loved it!!! House is great set up and layout and has everything you need and want!!! We will probably make this an annual tradition. Everyone agreed they want to come back!

Family Fun for Days

The backyard is the real selling point. Spring break in St. George is a zoo, but we had our own private oasis away from the crowds. We loved the pickleball courts and private pool. The hot tub could use an upgrade but other than that, the property is in great shape and can accommodate a crowd. We will for sure be booking again.

Hi Kevin, thank you for taking the time to post a review. We really appreciate it! We are in a residential area so fortunately, the lot sizes are a lot bigger (and we are in 2 lots!) than that of a development zone only for nightly rentals. That’s also nice because our HOA requires everybody to have cinderblocks and says which allows even more privacy. I’m sorry about the dog barking… We were just down there and did not have the same issues so I wonder if maybe a neighbor was babysitting for a friend?

Amazing property!

This is a great home if you have a large crowd. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and the setting was perfect. We had plenty of space of six adults and six children. Quiet neighborhood; close to outdoor activities and shopping. The property manager was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would stay here again.

A true vacation mecca!

We felt like we didn't want to leave the home because there was so much to do. Pickle ball in the backyard, a hot tub, a roomy pool, and so much more. We didn't spend much time inside because the yard was so fun, but the inside was perfect for entertaining as well. Very roomy and modern, and the master bath shower was amazing!

Perfect Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the backyard—the pool, pickle ball court, trampoline, soccer field, and the outdoor dining. The backyard was the most perfect spot to view the sunset each night. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the master bathroom was an oasis! The neighborhood was great for walks and bike rides down the sidewalk. The neighborhood was easily accessible to I-15, Quail Creek, and Sand Hollow. I hope we get to come back soon!

Another wonderful stay!

Second time staying at this fun property. Even when it was over 110 degrees the house was always cool and the pool was oh so refreshing! This modern home is spacious with a large open common area allowing meaningful time together. The large kitchen was fun having all the adults able to work together with more than enough room for everyone. It was wonderful having the garage to keep our cars in and plenty of bedrooms and comfy beds. These are just some of the reasons we choose to come for another stay.

Born & raised in Utah we have come to truly enjoy all that Southern Utah has to offer when it comes to creating memories for our family. Having twin toddlers we did not want to stress about hauling all the gear to a busy public pool or 'working' activities around nap schedules. This Hurricane home has allowed the entire family to relax & play with all the entertainment right in the backyard!

This home is right in the middle of everything you want to do in St. George!

Located just minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir you can enjoy the boating, UTV trails, and golf courses.

Zions National Park is only 20-30 minutes away. There are many hikes and outdoor activities for all to enjoy.

Downtown St. George is a short drive for shopping, activities, and many dining options.

Or, if you just want to relax and stay home, there is plenty to do with the private backyard pool, hot tub, pickleball court, and soccer field. The home also has 2 large TV's with satellite, AppleTV, and Blu-ray player.

There are no other properties quite like this one. With it's own private pool, pickleball court, artificial turf football/soccer field, and separate pool house. The home has an oversized island that can seat 8 plus a large custom built kitchen table with 8 additional chairs. The kitchen has a large gourmet fridge.

With all high end appliances and finishings, you won't be disappointed.
