Very close to the ocean. Quiet area. Very nice pool. I had a small issue with the shower and it was fixed right away by maintenance.

Great condo! Nice pool, only about 4-5 mins walk to the beach. We had 5 (three teens, 2 adults) and it was perfect. We cooked quite a bit and had all items needed in the kitchen. Large washer and dryers so we were able to wash beach towels and salty clothes daily. Host was super responsive and brought us a new coffee maker within an hour when I let them now ours was having an issue. We’d stay again!

This little condo was perfect for the weekend getaway. Just as described. Clean. Walking distance to the beach. Two dedicated parking spaces. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend putting a little rug just inside the front door though. After rinsing our feet from sand outside we had to lay towels down so not to drag water in.

We stayed at this community before and loved it. This unit did have a weird smell when first walking in. Finally figured out it was the freezer and fridge. Smelled like rotten seafood. Anything put into the freezer or fridge would come out smelling like it, especially the ice. Overall, the stay was great and we plan on returning to the same community.

The pools were clean and they accommodated for the young ones and the older kids. White cap beach was not far from us the beach was nice and clean. Our entire stay was memorable. We will be recommending this home to friends and family and will be booking again for ourselves.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was cute, SO CLEAN, and had everything we needed. It was exactly as described. Pet-friendly and accommodated all our guests. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. We cooked and had almost all our meals here. The kitchen was adequately stocked. We spent the majority of our time at various beaches and in Corpus Christi, so we did not use the on-site pools, which looked great. Sheets and towels were of nice quality. Bring your toiletries, beach towels, and anything else you would need to make your stay comfortable. Would stay here again, cost and experience were great.
