The Space:
Our beautiful bungalow is thoughtfully designed and carefully decorated to offer you comfort and relaxation. With our beautiful and functional little kitchen, with its coconut tree, will be ideal for preparing your meals facing the sea. You will love our open-air bathroom with its typical Moorea stone shower where you can admire the Milky Way!

Guest Access:
As our guests you'll have access to our bungalow, with the beach just a stone's throw away. Explore and relish the natural splendor of Moorea. We invite you to make yourself at home in this paradise.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is nestled in a serene beachfront locale, providing immediate access to Moorea's most enchanting treasures. Enjoy leisurely days where you can swim, snorkel, or simply bask in the sun's embrace. Immerse yourself in the local culture, and savor the vibrant essence of Moorea.

Getting Around:
Renting a car is recommended for convenient exploration of Moorea. The island's small size makes it easy to navigate, and our property offers private parking. Local taxis and rental services are also available. The ferry terminal is a short drive away, providing easy access to the main island of Tahiti.

The accommodation was quiet, private, nice and comfortable. The second bedroom was not air conditioned but we only needed the one air conditioned bedroom. The eating area was outside and covered which was okay, because there was always a breeze. Probably a little bit cramped for a family of more than three. Check-in was a breeze and the host was very accommodating with questions.

Once settled in we enjoyed our time at this quaint location. Most favorite time was taking coffee on the patio for the beautiful sunrises. Seaside is well appointed, but would recommend doing your grocery shopping prior to arriving so you have the needed necessities (coffee/tea, etc). There is a nice supermarket (Champion) a few minutes from the ferry & VRBO that has a fantastic selection.

Seaside Serenity, Moorea-Maiao This place was perfect for the two of us and can accommodate a family of four. What I especially liked was having a garage and washing machine. It was located near the ferry, grocery store, Hertz Car Rental Office, and gas station. The sunrises were spectacular and the private access to the water convenient. I especially liked the outside shower. Would I go back? Absolutely!

Great place overall, no regrets at all to have booked there. The layout is a bit awkward, with the 2nd bedroom's occupants having to go through the 1st bedroom to get to the washroom. No A/C in the 2nd bedroom.

It’s a very unique concept! Perfect for two people! This place has the potential to be out of this world amazing! It is close to food, shopping and the ferry! It is right on the water! Stingrays swim by daily. You can wade out thigh high water and just wait 930am til about 12. They will swing around you so have you cameras ready. Easy to jump in a snorkel, or launch a kayak. We enjoyed our stay. The people at Omni were extremely helpful and responded within mins of questions!

Great Stay

Easy paddle to jumping “spinner” dolphins in front of the unit. Reef sharks and stingrays regularly swim by. Some noise from road, but hard to avoid this anywhere on the island, especially if waterfront. We really enjoyed our 9 day stay. Only the bedroom has AC. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic view

We were very pleased when Stefani with Omni Villas called at lunchtime to let us know the rental would be ready early. We had a bit of trouble finding the place-as it is tucked in a stretch of white fencing along the road, it not obvious until you pass directly in front which we did and after turning around we pulled in to meet Stefani. The cottage is located in a quiet coastal neighborhood and offers seclusion, plus spectacular views to the lagoon and to the island of Tahiti in the distance. Stefani showed us the cottage and explained how everything worked. We were both very disappointed with the rental as it was rather cramped and had no place to sore our suitcases in the small bedroom (about 14 feet x 14 feet)--the only room in the house that is air-conditioned. The second "bedroom" was a separate living space with a washing machine and a sleeper sofa; not particularly inviting especially without AC considering the warm weather. It was essentially a useless room to us. The cottage was more weathered than in the rental publicity, the kitchen table was very wobbly due to the rust. It was also very annoying dealing with the bedroom Air-conditioner being linked to contacts on the two bedroom doors so that whenever one left the bedroom to go to the outside (kitchen, bathroom sinks or shower), the AC turned itself off. Overall, we felt that cottage did not live up to the publicity and did not justify the 400 nightly price.

Overall, I liked it, but there are some small nuances. Clean house, no foreign smells, everything you need, the store is quite close. The water is mostly always clean and transparent, although the current sometimes brings natural debris. The bottom at the entrance to the ocean is shallow 20 inches, and it gets deeper very smoothly. The water temperature was always warm, didn't require adaptation to the temperature. The first week of April is already rainless. Quite hot 28-30C. We did not use the air conditioner, there was almost always a fresh breeze from the ocean. The beds are comfortable, but the pillows are quite large. You can swim with a snorkel, there are many reefs and small fish, I saw stingray a couple of times. The disadvantages are not critical: 1. the red floor covering outside instantly sticks to your feet and shoes, you had to constantly wash the floor and feet. The paint is easily washed off. 2. Sometimes the gardener came and worked in the house on the left. Fishermen live in the house on the right, nice people, usually at 9 am they sail away to fish and can be in the visibility zone for about 30 minutes. Sometimes they come back in the dark, but they never made noise. 3. Sometimes small lizards no more than 2 inches and crab crawled into the kitchen (I uploaded the video to google maps). Do not leave food in the kitchen so as not to attract them. There were mosquitoes at this time of year. 4. The shower is outside, and there are no curtains .

Besties Beachin'

We loved this ocean cottage on the island of Moorea! Every day we saw 5-6 stingrays swim by, dolphin fins, and loved kayaking out to see the diversity of marine life only 100 yds out. The clarify of water by the reef was AMAZING! What a surprise for a coconut tree to be in the kitchen :-) LOVED the breezes except when neighbors fishing boat was anchored right out in front of cottage -- be prepared for strong fish odors!

Dream Vacation in Moorea,

I cannot rave enough about this property. I had the loveliest time at Seaside Serenity. The view is incredible, you’ll feel like you’re living in a postcard. OmniVillas checked in with me which I really appreciated being a solo traveler. 10/10 in every category! Plus very close to the ferry terminal and grocery store.

Great location but .....

We visited 3 other islands, staying in 2 other hotels during our visit to French Polynesia. All of the other hotels exceeded our expectations. This property was a little disappointing. We loved the location and enjoyed many beautiful sunrises. However the property looked a little run down and the landscaping was lacking. There were dead plants in the landscaping, fake dirty plants in the shower and the drapes were dirty.

Great location, beautiful property

My husdband and I had a great stay at this property. It was a great setup, beautiful outdoor space right on the water (several manta rays and sharks swam by and great snorkeling a short swim out), and very well equipped. We were here for 5 days and made most of our meals in the kitchen. It had everything you could possibly need in terms of utensils, pots/pans, cutlery etc. It even had the basic spices and sauces you might need. This was also very convenient, just a few minutes drive, to the ferry and biggest grocery store on the island. The host service was very accomodating and offered good suggestions that we used for our rental car and fishing charter. The only drawback is the road noise, which isn't bad at night falling asleep but starts up early in the morning (~5am). If you are a light sleeper, i would bring ear plugs, sound machine, etc. Overall, great experience and I would stay again.
