Es handelt sich um eine 200 m² große Strandvilla mit 3 großen Schlafzimmern, die mit 1 200-cm-Bett, 1 180-cm-Bett, 1 160-cm-Bett und 2 Kinderbetten ausgestattet sind, d. H. 8 Personen. 2 klimatisierte Zimmer öffnen sich auf einen Balkon und eine Terrasse. Ein weiterer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit einem Ventilator / Nebelmaschine. Die 2 Badezimmer sind mit Badewanne ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer wird von der Küche geteilt und hat eine Fläche von mehr als 50 m2. Dieses Wohnzimmer öffnet sich zu 2 großen Erkerfenstern mit Blick auf die ca. 40 m² große Terrasse und einen privaten Pool. Eine Treppe führt dann zum Sandstrand.
Diese Villa ist trotz der Nähe zu Geschäften sehr ruhig. Es ist möglich, viele Aktivitäten mit unserer Zentrale zu buchen (Walbeobachtung, Delfine, Jetski, Quad, Haifütterung ...)

Fabulous!

Clement and Anaiis are great hosts. Awesome communicators with lots of useful information. The house is just what you want. You never get bored of looking at the amazing view from the deck. Close to lots of local amenities… especially our favourite restaurant Ke’iki!

Slice of paradise

Wonderful spot, exactly as advertised. You're 10 steps from your own private beach. Secluded but close to everything needed. 300' from a great little grocery store and many great places to eat. We had 4 adults and had more than enough space for all of us. 4 sliding glass doors open to allow the breeze to circulate and cool you off. Kitchen is fully equipped and a gas grill to allow for prepping your own meals. Don't buy fruit at the grocery stores, stop on the side of the road and buy from the locals!

Absolutely perfect!

This was the perfect set up for our group of 7 consisting of young adults and middle age peeps! The view was amazing, the snorkeling off the beach was great -- there were kayaks and other gear that we could use. Lots of good cafes and shops to walk to. The outside space to dine as well as to lounge was so perfect. Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I had a great stay! We loved the house, the location and working with the property manager. Wonderful to snorkel right in the backyard and walk to dinner, shopping and French bakery Carmeline. Would love to return!

Beautiful Moorea

We stayed a week in beautiful Moorea! The house was great! Location can't be beat. Easy walking distance to restaurants and a well stocked grocery store. We took the kayaks out to the coral in front of the house for some amazing snorkeling! The check in and check out was smooth and Anise was so helpful with any quetions or help we needed!! Highly recommend!

Amazing place to call home

We stayed here for 9-nights and had an amazing and relaxing vacation. The location is really nice with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The access to the beautiful blue water right out the back door was a highlight for our group. We used the kayaks to paddle out and watch many sunsets and also to snorkel. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Check in was super easy and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had about the island. Overall this was a great place to make our home during our visit to this beautiful island.

Beautiful villa

Our stay in this villa was perfect. You got everything you need. The sea is right in front of you, there is snorkel equipment and even kayaks! Every bedroom is equipped with a/c. Internet is superb. Communication with Clement was super easy via whatsapp or vrbo. We will be back!

Good property in a good location

Check in was flawless, the location is very convenient to banking shopping groceries, etc. The four adults used the small pool more often than we had thought we would. The kayaks were a hit, we use them often. The paddleboard is very old and somewhat unsafe since it has a large viewing hole in the bow that is open to the ocean. House is well equipped with kitchen items and has A nice table outside on the deck for Meals. We would recommend this house/cabin for families or couples traveling together.

Beautiful & Unforgettable

We absolutely loved our stay. Our host was friendly, informative, and so helpful, offering to answer all our questions and giving us recommendations. The home was beautiful and extremely comfortable. AC in every room, lots of towels, and a great kitchen, with dishwasher, cookware, laundry and complimentary detergent and spices. The two decks upper and lower were amazing for eating breakfast and tanning, with a beautiful pool, and maybe the best part: the access to the ocean right in the back yard. With two kayaks and snorkel gear and a beautiful reef right in the back yard, this place is amazing, you barely have to leave. There are stores and a market and great restaurant near by! Rudy's was great, Allo Pizza, Coco Beach, and more. If you're coming to Moorea, come stay here. We will hopefully be back! Thank you!!

Family in Moorea.

Great time in Moorea with the VRBO property being a key aspect of that. Well located very near the best dive operation and took good advantage of that. 68 year gap between oldest and youngest resident was not a problem in this house. Property manager was accessible and very helpful. He's in the right business for his upbeat personality.

Fun Oceanside Dwelling

Our family had a great time at this oceanside home. The kids spent every evening in the pool and playing along the shore. I saw octopus, rays, sharks, and turtles while snorkeling. The wind can make it a challenge to get out to the reef break with the kayak. There was more boat traffic than anticipated but snorkeling between the docks and the bungalows avoids the boats. The roadside traffic can be loud if the windows are left open at night, but blocks most noise if they stay closed. Convenient location for restaurants and getting to Temae beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Delightful stay

We were there with our 3 teenage children and have had a super vacation. The house is close to everything you need, and Laurence is a perfect host. We even had a problem with an ear infection on a Sunday and she arranged a meeting with a doctor within 5 minutes. Don't miss Francky Franck's tour, lunch at Snack Mahana or the Beach Cafe which is walking distance. The house is better than what you see in the pictures on the web! Thank you Laurence, and hope to be back soon.

Fantastic Home in Moorea

Communication was great with the hosts, property is ON the beach in a convenient location. A wonderful little bakery is in walking distance to enjoy with breakfast and the market is 100 meters beyond that. House A/C works well. Please note like nearly all small islands there is one road that services 98% of the islands traffic. The road is always next to the beach. There is some day time traffic however, the nights are very quiet. The home is situated on a bay which was perfect for swimming in the ocean. Lovely place.

Good For a Family

This villa was spacious and on beautiful beachfront. There were just two of us so it was more than we really needed, but we thoroughly enjoyed! A great location! While adequately appointed, we felt that the property could use a little maintenance or updating, but it really didn't get in the way of our experience. Other reviews expressing concern with road noise...most properties on the island are next to the one road. This was not a problem for us given the beach side focus. Also we were not bothered by insects during our stay. The pool is really too small to be of much use especially with the whole, warm ocean at your doorstep. Clemente was quick to communicate although it felt a little weird for him to insist to walk the property before we checked out.

Best Location and even better host!

We had a great 1 week stay at the Enjoy villa in Maharepa. From the booking to check-in, the stay and check out - Anais was always available at an instant! The house was quite spacious for our family of 5 with A/c in all 3 bedrooms to keep cool. The place is in a perfect location with our own private beach and the best Snorkeling possible (Shark, spotred Sting ray among the many fish!). Our family enjoyed our stay and used the kayaks and fins provided. The proximity to the Dive shop, market and food places within walking distance is the topping on the cake! We did make some meals in the well equipped kitchen but we could not miss the fresh fish at the nearby restaurants. Great place in a great Island (it is our 2nd time to Moorea and this was the perfect place to call home during our trip!). Thanks Anais!

What a memorable time

We were looking for a real South Pacific experience. This home and location generously delivered. Enjoying the ocean every morning on the back deck as a family was priceless. They even provided us kayaks which allowed us to further explore multiple times a day from our private back yard, at our leisure. Plus it was a beautiful place to snorkel, even for our 8 year old grandson. He would spend the biggest part of the day, snorkeling and kayaking, then back at home in the pool. Also as far as location, it was very convenient to everything, two grocery stores, public beach, and the ferry. Thank you for allowing us to have this never to forget, beautiful memorable family experience.

20 year Anniversary trip

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the villa. Clement and Anais were great hosts; easy to work with and assisted in setting up a taxi to pick us upon arrival at Moorea ferry and at checkout. It just so happened to work out that the villa was available for early check in. Clement (and their adorable daughter) was also at the villa to check us in and give us an overview and answer any questions. This was the first vacation rental that we have stayed at that has helped with these arrangements and check in, this was really appreciated when traveling to a new country. The villa was clean and spacious and we really enjoyed the outdoor living area and it’s privacy. We loved having our own little beach and steps to the water with great snorkeling! The location is walkable to some restaurants, (repeat visits to Carmeline and Rudy’s ) a small market, and if you decide you want a rental car there’s one a few minutes walk from the villa.

Family Moorea Holiday

We spent a wonderful week at this property in Moorea. We had an extended family with us, which included a baby, a 3 year old and parents/grandparents. We loved the house and its convenient location. It is very near everything you'd need (restaurants, groceries, etc). The house was especially good for young children since the front gate securely closes. The beach was awesome and the snorkeling was especially good, just steps off the beach. We used the kayak daily. The house was very comfortable and clean. I should mention that the house manager Laurence was super responsive. For example, the internet connection went down on our second day, and she immediately worked with the phone company to restore the connection. Anytime we had a question, she was always available. Highly recommended.

Even In The Rain, it was very nice!

My wife and I have visited Moorea 11 times over the past 30 years. This time, we brought two other couples with us and rented on VRBO from Anais. The house was exactly as described and the communication with the property managers couldn’t have been better. Anais arranged a driver to meet us at the ferry, met us at the property, answered any questions we had and was there when we checked out with a driver to take us back to the ferry. Even though it rained for lengthy periods for five of the six days we were in Moorea, we had a really nice time. The location of the house was excellent (close to restaurants, shops and right on the water) and everything in the house worked well. Especially nice was an A/C unit in each of the three bedrooms. The outdoor shower and small pool were convenient to rinse off after a snorkel in the waters off of their property. If you plan to visit Moorea, consider renting this house - you will be glad you did. Rick (from Texas)

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at Enjoy Villas! Anais was so helpful & friendly. Being from the US we weren’t sure how to operate the appliances. Anais came over & was happy to help us. The location is within walking distance or a short drive to restaurants, shopping & grocery stores. The house is very nice & all the bedrooms have A/C which makes sleeping comfortable. The outdoor main area is very nice to sit, relax & take in the beauty of the ocean. The pool was very relaxing on hot days. We ventured out into the ocean only steps from the main deck. This is a traditional Tahitian house & I feel it important to let guests know that there are no safety railings on the outside decks/steps (there is a wood/rope railing on the upstairs balcony). It would also be a + if the upstairs, bathrooms & kitchen windows could be washed periodically. It would only add to the beauty of our wonderful experience on Moorea. 30 Days in Paradise

My husband and I and three good friends spent a month there. we absolutely loved our time there. The villa is exactly as described. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and great snorkeling right out the front door. The outdoor shower was so convenient and the pool very refreshing. We spent several sunny days floating. The air conditioned bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We grilled and cooked a few meals and the kitchen had every thing we needed. However, there are so many places restaurants within walking distance so we checked them all out. Our favorite was Rudy's. We went there 4 times over the course of the month. I would definitely recommend if you are thinking of staying in Moorea. It is a beautiful island. We did rent a car one day and went around the whole island. And hiked Magic Mountain. For a fun evening, we went to the Polynesian show over at Tiki Village. They picked us up at the Manava Resort just a block from the villa. It was great. We will be back and are already looking forward to it.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful bungalow for our week long vacation on Moorea. It was a truly wonderful experience. Moorea is a fabulous place to spend the week. The bungalow was absolutely perfect. It is well maintained and had a very cozy warm feeling. It is well equipped with all the creature comforts. The location is absolutely ideal. You are within walking distance to anything you may need including groceries, restaurants and banks. But, at the same time you will feel absolutely secluded when in the bungalow. We loved sitting out on the deck which is 10 steps away from the lagoon. It was fun to be able to walk out the door and go for a swim. The most awesome part of renting the bungalow was being able to work with Clement. He was beyond fabulous. We have rented many homes and have never had anyone who has been more helpful. He bent over backwards to make sure our vacation was special. He was so helpful in the planning process. His suggestions on things to do and places to see and restaurants to eat at were tremendously helpful. He went out of his way to arrange several excursions on the lagoon for us. I highly recommend this wonderful bungalow. The overall experience was fabulous. We can't wait to return
